1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - here we find disturbances arising from toxic conditions produced in the colon and the gall duct area. These are pressures produced upon the nervous system and especially the sympathetic, thus centering about the first and second cervical - or where the medulla oblongata leads to the base of the brain, giving severe pains through all the organs of the sensory system - the noises, the eyes - the throat - almost the lack of consciousness or of any normal reflexes in the nervous forces of the sensory system.
3. Begin first with applying Castor Oil Packs for an hour each day, for three days in succession, over the liver and gall duct area, extending all the way to the caecum. Use three to four thicknesses of heavy flannel saturated with the Castor Oil, as hot as the body can well stand, and then apply the electric pad.
4. Sponge off afterwards with a weak solution of soda water, then massage the whole area, and the whole abdomen with cocoa butter - all the body will absorb. Then massage off with rub alcohol.
5. The next week apply again - the same three days.
6. After each three-day series of the Castor Oil Packs, take small doses of Olive Oil for two to three days - half a teaspoonful at a time, three to four times a day. Then the next week following the three-day series of the Packs, take the Olive Oil - a teaspoonful two or three times a day for two days. This may cause some nausea. If this produces nausea, rather than increasing the eliminations from the gall duct and lacteal duct areas, then cleanse the colon with colonic irrigations.

7. Keep this up for at least six to eight weeks, each week after the series of Oil Packs increasing the amount of the Olive Oil if the body is able to take same.
8. Then, with the fifth week, begin the use of the Radio-Active Appliance. Do attach the same plate first each time. Do keep the attachment plates clean, cleansing with the emery paper before attaching and when removing the attachments.
9. Do this consistently. Do not overtax the body, because of the age as well as the weakness produced, with too great a quantity of foods, but those that are strengthening and body-building.
10. Do take pure beef juice as medicine.
11. Do these and we will bring better conditions for the body.

13. (Q) Is it indicated that this trouble can be cured or merely alleviated by this method of treatment? (A) If this treatment is kept consistently, after a period of two to three months repeating the whole procedure, we may eliminate the trouble entirely. Keep up the Castor Oil Packs consistently for one hour each day for three days in succession - the same period each day and the same three days each week. When the Radio-Active Appliance is begun, preferably use this as the body is ready to rest. Do prepare it in the ice at least twenty minutes before the attachments are made to the body.
