1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4024].
3. As we find there are rather serious infections that are consuming in their nature. The operative measures that have been a part of the application have retarded rather than aided. These have aided, though, in that there is not the necessity of collapsing the lungs and that there can be the ridding of this infection from the body.
4. If this is allowed to attack or cause such a strain on the body, then it may become very serious. For when there is an attacking of any organ of the central nerve and blood supply, the associated organs, as here - the liver and the kidneys - are those to be the greater warned of, as to allowing infection to settle in or about the activity of these organs. That is when it becomes the more serious.
5. That there have been periods when there was upsetting in these indicates the seriousness of the disturbance and the inroads being made upon the body.
6. First we would give that the body begin taking internally one drop of Atomidine in half a glass of water, every other morning before breakfast, until five drops have been taken. Measure the drop, using a medicine dropper not just pouring it from the bottle.
7. Also begin inhaling the fumes from pure apple brandy in a charred oak keg, prepared with two vents in one end. This should be redistilled brandy. Do not swallow the fumes into the stomach but inhale into the lungs. Do not let the inhalations be too heavy in the beginning, else we may cause some disturbance to the coughing and the raw area in the

left lung, as well as sore areas in the trachea on the right side. But as these fumes are inhaled, they will cause the destruction of active tissue and, if the other properties are added, the sputum will soon become negative and less active.
8. Also there should be be taken twice each week, say Tuesdays and Thursdays - preferably at the noon meal a whole wheat cracker spread thinly with Calcios. This is to increase the activity of the blood supply in the producing of red cells and to unify the activity of heart, liver and kidneys, as well as the lung in the respiratory activity.
9. There is a tendency also for the acid in the duodenum to become lessened in its ability to react upon the digestive forces or the chyle and the activity in the digestive system, in stomach and duodenum. Once each week in the beginning on Wednesdays - at the evening meal, drink a full glass of raw milk in which there is stirred a teaspoonful of Acigest. Let this stand about two to ten minutes before it is taken, stirring every few minutes. Of course, the milk should be from a test herd or from a tested individual cow. It would be preferable if the milk could be taken with the animal heat still in it.
10. In the diet do add plenty of chicken. This should not be fried but smothered or stewed or the like, and not taken with large quantities of bread or with other than whole wheat or brown bread, rye or whole wheat bread. Do use quantities of soups that have meats and vegetables in same, those things that are body building. Have all characters of fruits and vegetables that are yellow in color. Do use plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables for the body.
11. Gradually keep in the open but not in the direct sun, nor where there is dampness or night air.
12. Do these and we will remove these disturbances.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Would a dry, western climate clear up the positive sputum? (A) As we find, where pine and sea air may be had, is preferable to a dry western climate; such as around Asheville or around any seashore where pines are growing. The pines should be a part of the air breathed, especially in the Spring.
