Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Florida.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes. We have the body here, [4032].
3. As we find, there are many conditions that are very good in the general physical forces of the body. Very good precautions are taken. At times the body becomes oversensitive to conditions or distresses among or with others, and this has a reflex action upon the body, or the body becomes inclined to take on the distresses of those for whom the body has special sympathy. This does not indicate that there is in any way a lack of mental balance or any tendency towards the body becoming a hypochondriac, but rather the sensitiveness of the body. Under these general strains we find at times there are those incoordinations between the superficial and the central circulations, or the areas controlled from the central nervous system and the sympathetic nervous system become rather supersensitive.
4. This would be indicated in how that the body at times grows tired when there is no special amount of general activity, also in how there is a feeling of heaviness across the lower portion of the lung or just above the cardiac portion of the stomach itself - in those areas from which the sympathetics control the circulation between lungs, heart, liver and kidneys, or along the thrombose area.
5. This does not indicate a heart ailment but rather the nervous system indicating the distresses and the lack of control or proper balance between the varied nerve systems.
6. Here we find that an equal balance may be better maintained not by a great number, but occasionally a general massage. This should include a complete relaxation of the cerebrospinal nervous system, and would be best administered by a good osteopath.

7. Also we would use the low Wet Cell Appliance as the Radio-Active Appliance is ordinarily used. Thus both plates should be small, but one copper and the other nickel. Always attach the nickel plate first. The attachments are to be made to the wrist and the opposite ankle, and should be used at least every other day, for half an hour at the time.
8. Do disconnect the lead wires from the Appliance when not in use and attach them to the Appliance ten to fifteen minutes before it is to be used.
9. This will do away with the tiredness, it will give better rest to the body, it will make the general respiratory system more active. There will be more elasticity in the step and in the activities of the body.
10. Do keep good eliminations with the diet, using vegetables and fruits to control same. Have good eliminations each day from the alimentary canal, by the activity of the organs of liver and kidneys.
11. Do these and we should keep better conditions for this body.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) What exercise is best for body? (A) Walking and being in the open air often.
14. (Q) Who is the best doctor to carry out these instructions? (A) Any good osteopath in sympathy with the work.
15. (Q) What are conditions of organs of body? (A) As indicated there are only those tendencies for incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal systems. The general organs of the body are good. Those tendencies for a variation in the pulse arises from the conditions indicated in the thrombose area.
16. (Q) How can I recognize improvement and how long will it take? (A) Just as indicated, there will be less tiredness, better elasticity and the feeling rested of mornings when the activities are begun. As to how soon, it depends upon how well there is begun the use of those applications suggested. These should show results in a very short while, after a week or two weeks at least.
17. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Husband - (one for osteopath - Please let us have the name and address of the one you choose.) Copy to Ass'n file " under case number for indexing
