1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [4035].
3. In giving an interpretation of the records as we find them, there is much to be considered. But the real abilities of the entity as we find lie in one specific direction. They may be diverted because of confusions, that are partially karmic, that is, experiences in the earth's plane, as indicated in the body-influences from the astrological aspects, or the birth being near the cusps of changes. But these are rather from confusion. For the abilities should be in the one main direction, so that whatever endeavor or activity the entity might engage in, through circumstances, might be used; taking such an interest as to be able to use and not lose the opportunities through such experiences.
4. True, we would magnify the virtues; but we would not raise false hopes for the entity even in magnifying the abilities that lie in the entity as a writer of prose, of fiction of history data. For in these directions the efforts of the entity should take their course.
5. To be sure, as in any line of endeavor, to succeed as a writer one must write; though the entity might attempt such for a year or more and never go farther than reading same
4035-1 Page 2
and tearing it up, keep at it! For ye may accomplish much, even in the one best seller; that is, if thy purpose is set correctly for that which should be or would be written. Have thy ideals set as for that which is ever constructive; not merely for thy ability as a dramatic critic.
6. For the activities of the entity in the experience before this, as Edmund [?] Grosse were, as a critic, and these bring doubts and fears. For as one sows, so must he also reap. As ye have criticized, know that ye thyself must be criticized. When there is the attempt to use thy abilities, use them in a just cause and in a purposefulness; having something to say that is to the entity itself first not merely idealistic but a constructive ideal, whether it be pertaining to that of a historical nature, political nature, economic nature or pertaining to a purposeful correlation of activities or ideals of nations or groups of nations, or whether pertaining to sectionalism in a state or a nation. All of this has been and may yet be a part of the experience of the entity in its activity in the present.
7. From the astrological aspects, we find Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus.
8. From Jupiter we find that the entity is one interested in the needs for concerted efforts on the part of groups, nations, organizations for help to individuals, or to classes or to masses.
9. In Mercury, we find a definite purpose towards interest in the activities of a mental nature, or as to why certain groups, under certain activities or characteristics of soil, or groups in cities, towns, or hamlets react according to the environs - a certain per cent - while others may break entirely loose. Thus Psychology and psychopathic studies as to the natures of mind, are of interest to the entity.
10. We find in Mars the very decided points or ideas or stands that the entity may take on subjects; but as warned concerning the experience before this as a critic, if you criticize then you may expect to be criticized yourself. For the law of the Lord is perfect and it is as applicable in man as in the universe, as in nature, as in the realms of spirit itself. For the first principle is that the Lord, the God of the universe is one. What is effective or active in spirit (where it forms first) must be active and must influence the imaginative influences of an individual entity. For the entity finds itself a body, a mind, a soul - three; or the earth consciousness as a three-dimensional plane in one.
11. So man's concept of the Godhead is three-dimensional - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The communication or the
4035-1 Page 3
activity or the motivating force we find is three-dimensional - time, space and patience. Neither of these exists in fact, except in the concept of the individual as it may apply to time or space or patience.
12. As to the activities in the earth that have brought these urges latent and manifested in the present experience of the entity:
13. Before this the entity was the critic, as indicated. This experience is too well known to comment upon. Study it and see yourself. It isn't all pretty! Neither is any manifested individual life beautiful, but it can be made beautiful if the ideal is made beautiful with which there is the motivating influence in the relationship to creative forces, especially with abilities such as had by this entity.
14. For as indicated in the law of the Book, the life of the man Abraham was not beautiful, yet that faith which motivated same is beautiful, and the memory of and the children of faith we find beautiful.
15. Before that the entity was in the Roman land during the early periods of the rise of that Empire. The entity was among those sent as emissaries or as individuals to judge abilities of groups to contribute to that needed as the material welfare of the peoples of Rome as a whole.
16. Thus the historical tend or trend, the love of history of peoples. Thus the abilities at times to gain a concept of the periods to which groups have belonged, or of the section or land from which the mind has attained the native actions. These are a part of the entity's awareness or consciousness, giving the abilities for the application of self as a writer.
17. Not much as the journalist, though this might be a means to an end - but as a writer. Hence write, and practice, if there would be attained the goal.
18. The name then was Rowhn.
19. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land when there were the people journeying from Egypt to the promised land - those called the Jews or Israelites.
20. The activities of the entity were as a companion or a student under, and later an associate of Joshua.
21. Then in the name Jarpar, the entity's activities were in relation to the keeping of records of the various happenings that were to be recorded for the instruction of the people later. These became a part of the activities from which the writers of Judges (and they were many) and portions of Samuel obtained their material - those records that were kept during that period when the activities were set by
4035-1 Page 4
Joshua in the early settlings and dividing of the land.
22. As indicated in the writings of the record kept, the entity was accredited with the writings of the peoples of that day. The entity is still a student of certain groups, certain classes, certain characters of writings that indicate happenings in groups of people or nations.
23. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, being a son of the Atlantean peoples who collaborated with the Priest and the King in bringing order out of the chaotic conditions that arose from the rebellions among the peoples in those peoples.
24. The entity then in the name Jassohn was of the Atlanteans but in association with the Egyptian peoples being a recorder of the activities of the people through that experience.
25. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain and how:
26. First study self, knowing first thy ideals spiritually, thy ideal mentally, thy ideal materially. Then study to show thyself unto that ideal, not passing quick judgment, not condemning anyone, but know what you believe and why. Most of all know the author of what you believe and as to whether it conforms to the ideal first spiritual, second mental, third in manifestation materially. For the law of the Lord changes not. Neither must thy ideals. Ideas may change as to their application, but ideals must ever be the same.
27. Do write; not in the sense other than recording activities, things that are constructive; not merely to sell because of some particular tenet, but that which is creative for people.
28. Ready for questions.
29. (Q) How may I best adjust myself, so that I may feel more in step with pattern of life? (A) By the study or the analyzing of self as related to what is chosen as thy ideal. Remember, all ye may know of heaven or hell is within your own self. All ye may know of God is within your own self. Cast not, draw not judgments of others; but from that within. For as indicated by the giver of the law, as indicated by Him, who came that we as human beings, as brethren, as children of God might know that the Law of the Lord is within, the body is indeed the temple of the living God. Study thyself, thy relationship to the living God and ye will find how, why, when, where ye may adjust thyself to ever be a manifestation of that ideal.
30. (Q) Considering my extreme interest in motors and weapons, in what manner may I use this interest constructively?
4035-1 Page 5
(A) Use this not in a mechanical way, not as a builder or worker in such but one writing about same.
31. (Q) Should I continue with my interest and studies in languages and literature? (A) By all means.
32. (Q) Considering my present interest in Sally [...] what should our present relationship be? (A) If there is the answer in the heart and mind of each, the closer those relationships are the better it will be. For this entity, Sally [...] was the associate and companion in the Egyptian periods of activity. Ye have much in common. Keep it as an active thing in thy relationships ever.
