Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. At home, Taken 3:50 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern War Time. New York, N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes. As we find, there are disturbances but these are rather tendencies in the present, arising from disturbances in the lacteal and gall duct area. These cause the fullness that appears after eating. The coordination of the activities of spleen with pancreas tends to make such conditions to appear as a fullness in the lower portion of the areas between the digestive forces and entrance into the stomach, or as there is the emptying from the stomach through the areas where greater part of assimilation takes place. Thus the tendencies for tiredness, sometimes heaviness, especially when waking; periods of tired feet - all of these arise from the disturbance in these areas.

3. We would begin taking internally small quantities of Olive Oil regularly for a period of two or three days at a time; that is, take half to a teaspoonful every three hours for about three days. Leave off a few days and then take again.

4. Apply Glyco-Thymoline Packs over the liver and gall duct area extending over the spleen and across that area of the body; using salt heat over same. Apply these for at least an hour each day for three to four days in succession.

5. Then begin (not before) with hydrotherapy treatments. These should include in the beginning preferably the Fume Baths, using witchhazel followed by a thorough massage and rubdown. Also there should be the cleansing of the colon occasionally. Doing these we will bring better conditions for this body.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Any advice regarding diet?

4038-2 Page 2

(A) Stay closer to the raw vegetables and fruits. Not too much meats of any kind nor sweets. Seldom take any sweets other than honey or such natural sweets - these are preferable for the body.

8. (Q) What causes nervousness and restlessness? (A) The tendency in the duodenum, the liver and gall duct area, and inactivity of the spleen and the pancreas coordinating in digestion.

Do these things indicated and we will make for better conditions for this body.

9. We are through with this reading.
