Born July 4, 1932, in Detroit, Michigan. Time of Reading Set bet. 3:30 to 4:30 P. M. Taken 4:00 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Michigan.
1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Call him Charles, not Frederick. We have the records here of that entity now called Frederick Charles [4052].
3. As we find, this is a very strong character, one that will need guidance, direction, not by that of "you must," but rather increasing the interests by training into those channels in which the entity may be a keeper of the records, but rather as a recorder. Whether in those activities of groups, or as political figures, or as astrological facts, will depend upon how the entity applies itself. There are latent urges in each of these directions but those as a means for the expressions of itself, and as a contribution to those things that may be helpful in the matter of records, are the purposes and aims rather than that activity merely as a means of livelihood.
4. Yet these approached, the entity trained as a journalist, as a writer, may contribute not only in political and economic fields but as in historical also. For these are latent and manifested in the urges both from astrological as well as material sojourns. For, as we find, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Mars all are portions of the entity's consciousness. That is, one well gifted, one rather gifted to the social activities and in which there may be gained confidences and activities. For the entity, these will be

controlled by the beauty, the hope, the contribution that such may make to the general welfare, as well as the changes. Thus, as we find, a great many changes, a great many travels for the entity are indicated. For the entity should at least already be preparing for the period when there are those changes and it is safe and easy to travel to go around the world. For travel, even as a writer, is one of the broader educations than merely studying history, yet the entity should be able to write about historical, economic and political activities throughout the world and begin in the areas where thou art, as an area from which all economic conditions may have their effect upon the rest of the world because of certain characters of activities there.
5. As to the appearances in the earth which will deal with contributory or retarding factors in the latent urges and the abilities: Know, as in all things, that ye are to be grounded well spiritually. Know in whom ye believe and in what ye believe. But in what ye believe know who is the author and know that such is to be constructive, creative, and that the First Cause or the spiritual experience is an urge of such.
6. Before that we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity during the early settlings. The entity was among those who were settlers in those areas along the southern portion of the coast of Lake Erie. These areas have a particular influence upon the entity itself. Hence in these areas the entity should receive the great portion of its training in the present.
7. The name then was Evan Hurley. In the experience the entity gained, rising to those places and positions where it was entrusted with the activities of representing those various groups on councils.
8. Thus the entity may find the opportunity in the present activity as a representative for publications as to certain types of magazines, certain types of those individuals who gather the data of various natures for edification and historical nature for the masses.
9. Thus may the entity in its choices and its development and activity influence many peoples.
10. Before that the entity was in the Roman land, when there were the expansions. The entity was among those of the common soldiers in the beginning, who were sent to varied lands, but because of its abilities to make itself and its presence felt in the environ and by the manner in which it controlled itself, the entity progressed.
11. Thus we will find many unusual happenings coming to the entity, by and through unexpected and strange meetings. The

entity then was in the name Horacel.
12. In the experience the entity advanced materially, the entity advanced mentally. The application of each may not have been so well, yet these are urges in a material world in the purpose.
13. Before that the entity was in the Holy Land where the entity was with the mighty groups of people who thronged from the Egyptian land. The entity then was among those who were in authority, in the name Othiel and was the child of Dan.
14. Thus, northernmost portions of the land or boundaries have a particular call to the entity. The entity was among those who kept quite a balance between the united efforts of those peoples when once settled, in keeping in touch with those in spiritual authority at Shiloh.
15. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land during those periods when Ra-Ta was the religious ruler in the activities with the King. The entity was then among those who were set in authority by Ra-Ta in the services of those portions of the lands that pertain to preparing individuals especially for that which would today be called diplomatic service or as emissaries or representatives of certain phases of individual life. Then the name was Ar-El-Riel.
16. As to the abilities of the entity and that to which it may attain and how: As has been indicated, this is dependent upon the preparation of the entity for its activities. For these, much will depend upon how well the application of self is in keeping with Creative Forces as well as that of living same itself. But as a writer, as a journalist, as a representative of journals, papers, syndicated articles or the like, should be the activities of the entity. See that he gets these opportunities.
