1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: We have been here before - it's a pretty nice place! [See reading for daughter [4070] this A.M.]
3. Yes, we have the body here, [4069].
4. As we find, disturbances here are of a very general nature. It might be said that the "batteries" of the body have just run down; that is, the centers where the impulses from sensory system and the sympathetic nervous system coordinate with the cerebrospinal system. These are the disturbing factors. Hence we find that the body tires very easily and not necessarily from physical activity. To hear a long tirade from anyone is just as exhausting to the body as for the body to attempt to do a great deal of physical activity. Or to be in those positions where there are aggravating disturbances from any of those about the body (as has recently occurred with the help) may cause the disorders to the whole system; not only upsetting the general nervous system, but upsetting also the digestion. For as we find, when suggestions are received by the body, either by voice or activity or by sight or through the organs of the sensory system, these either coordinate and cooperate or just the opposite. They may coordinate in carrying on those activities wherein something may be attempted to be done about same, but when there are little activities or little coordinations between impulses to the central nervous system that control the central organs of the body - lungs, heart, liver, kidneys - these suffer because of the lack of coordination.
5. We would stimulate the body-activities so that there is better coordination. We find that this may be done best

through hydrotherapy and massage. The first treatment should include a mild sweat produced by a Fume Bath, using a teaspoonful of Peanut Oil and a teaspoonful of Witchhazel in a pint of water that would be boiling in the cabinet so that the evaporation may take place and the steam settle over the body. For the first time or two this would produce a bit of irritation, until there has been a thorough cleansing of the superficial circulation.
6. Each such Fume Bath would be followed by a thorough massage with Peanut Oil, to establish better circulation in the areas of the 3rd cervical, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th dorsals, 9th dorsal and in the lumbars - especially the lumbar axis.
7. These treatments we would give once each week for eight to ten weeks straight running.
8. Then we would begin (not before) with the use of the Radio-Active Appliance for an hour each day, preferably when the body is ready to retire. Let this be the period for prayer and meditation for the body to be used in the service for others, and not others in a service for the body. For the greater among men are those who serve the more.
9. Do that, being mindful of the diet that there is kept a great deal of nerve and body building forces. Have beef juices often, as often as good beefsteak may be obtained with Irish potatoes. These will add to the strength of the body.
10. Do use the vegetables that grow above the ground and more of the leafy variety.
11. Do these and we will bring better conditions for the body.
