1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: That's a pretty big territory to look for one little house, and not your own house!
3. Yes, we find the body here praying - this is very good.
4. We have the body here. There are disturbing conditions that are in the greater portion the result of neglect on the part of the body as related to proper eliminations, because of the general conditions and activities of the body.
5. Then these have set up toxic conditions through the body, which is indicated by the periods of neuritic tending toward arthritic tendencies - by the swelling in portions of the body, and especially extremities at times.
6. Under the nerve strain on the body in its activities, these produce a great deal of anxiety, a great deal of pessimism and makes the body rather cross and crabbed at times. This is not very good for those you instruct.
7. Hence there would be needs for the body analyzing itself, its purposes, its aims, its desires and hopes.
8. We would begin with the hydrotherapy treatments at least once each week, including mild sweats and a Fume Bath, with a great deal of rubbing. Occasionally we would have also a colonic irrigation; especially should there be a colonic in the beginning, and given properly.
9. In the course of two or three weeks, as these conditions are clarified, then begin to supplement the foods with vitamins, especially B and B complex. Here we find it would be well to use the One-A-Day B vitamin complex.
10. Do these and we will bring much better conditions for this body.

12. (Q) What should be done for the ear and nose condition? (A) Do those things indicated, for these conditions are a part of the blocking through the poor eliminations. These disturbances should be eliminated with the sweats, the massages and the rubs that should come with the general hydrotherapy and the setting up of drainages through alimentary canal - and the activities through the character of treatments indicated.
