Time of Reading Unknown.

1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going to sleep. (Pause) Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep and all of the organs of your body will function properly. You will hear me and answer all of my questions. You have tonight before you the body of Mrs. [4094], and the body is present in this room. Now, Mr. Cayce, I want you to go over this body that you have before you from head to foot and examine the body carefully, and tell me all of the ailments or disorders that you may find within the body, and then tell me what will cure or relieve the body from the conditions that you find. Mrs. [4094], present in this room.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions as we find in this body have to do with the functioning of organs and the effect this condition produces on the nervous system. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, Mrs. [4094], we are speaking of: Through the circulation we find the body is very good, save that the capillary circulation is disturbed by the action of the hepatic circulation in its attempt to relieve conditions that are caused in the body through functioning of the organs, and nature attempting to create the proper equilibrium, prevents through nerve energy the proper capillary circulation; hence the dryness of the cuticle at times and the overcharge of the cuticle at other times when the body becomes overwrought with the nervous condition as is expressed in this body at times. The nerve forces in the body show the effect of the conditions more through the lower lumbars and the sacrum than in other portions of the body, save sympathetically or through refractory action of the sympathetic nerve forces, for as the pressure is produced and circulation is called to take away the conditions or alleviate pains that come to the pelvic organs, we find the reaction comes both to the head and to the organs functioning or causing the respiratory organs to function. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

3. The brain forces in the body are good, yet they become

sympathetically overtaxed at times until the body feels as if it would lose its head entirely. The action of the nervous system over the rest of the organs only produces semi-functional disturbances, that is, with too much of the condition being expressed in the system; there is a loss, of course, of appetite; there is a loss of the functioning of some of the organs in their proper form and manner, only reflexly as we have given, you see. FEM: Yes, sir.

4. Through the pelvic organs we find the seat of the trouble which has been caused by the congestion until the fallopian tubes are an expression of the condition as existing in the system, you see. FEM: Yes, sir.

5. These need to be given the proper incentives for the proper action within the system, so that throughout the rest of the system will be relieved of the nervous forces and conditions as exist in this body. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

6. To relieve this congestion, to force the system to functioning normally through this condition, and to produce the proper vibrations in the system, we would do this: We would systematically, that is regularly and at regular times, use a douche through the vagina, that would be a sensitive force and an astringent, and also a healing property to all of the parts that are affected sympathetically and organically of these. To one-half gallon of soft water, temperature at 70, we would add five drops of Balsam of Peru, with five drops of Tincture of Myrrh. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

7. And this would be used, that is, these douches, use regularly every third day. We would, across the lower lumbars, rub or knead the body well with Bicarbonate of Soda, almost a saturated solution, that is, water and Bicarbonate of Soda. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

8. Then apply to these parts that are rubbed a pack with heat, preferably of sea salt heated to bring the temperature of the body to such an extent as to produce a reaction from this. This would only be used when the body is in pain, or the body feels the bearing down pains that come to it when

it is on its feet often, you see. FEM: Yes, sir.

9. And will prevent the reaction that we have to the locomotories causing the pains along the return nerves from the feet and lower limbs. Follow this and we will find will bring this body to the normal condition. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

10. The effect as produced in the system from this will give an overtaxed condition at times to the kidneys, for inflammation must be removed from the system by absorption, and with the capillary circulation; in its present condition it will not always respond, so there will be some irritation at first produced through the urethra and through the bladder and kidneys in their action and functioning. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

11. At those times when this is the case we would take this in the system: Clary water. See? FEM: Yes.

12. The dose would be tablespoonful three times a day. See? FEM: Yes.

13. Do that. The clary water is prepared for this individual in this manner: Sage or Claraflower, eight ounces into half a gallon of rainwater or distilled water, simmered, not boiled, until reduced to one quart. Add six ounces of Cane Sugar, four ounces of Grain Alcohol, three drams Sweetgum dissolved, five drops Oil of Juniper. This must be shaken well before a dose is taken. We are through. - No operation at all; no operation.

14. Now, Mr. Cayce, you will forget all about this reading that you have given. You are feeling all right, and all of the organs of your body will function properly. You are feeling good. Now, wake up in two minutes feeling fine and all right and absolutely free from headaches.
