1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find there are some abnormal conditions in this body that may be corrected. They have to do with the functioning of organs in the system and the condition produced sympathetically and reflexly over portions of the body.
2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body: (this body will live to be a mighty old woman, you see). First, in the blood supply we find the body has the tendency toward aenematized or an aenemic [anemic?] condition produced by the condition of the system through the digestive forces that prevent the assimilation of properties to the system to give the correct incentives to the organs to furnish the resistive force in the system, hence we have a condition where both red blood and white blood forces are deficient in the body in quantity and quality, so far as resistive forces are concerned, especially, though the body is not weakened to the condition of exhaustion, yet there are centers in the nerve system as we will see, and functioning organs are weakened by this condition. Especially, we find this in the functioning of the spleen, hence the trouble with the heart forces at times.
3. In the nerve system we find the body shows the effect of a strain on the nerve system that produces in centers along the cerebrospinal center that gives the exhaustion effect to the body. This we find in the sacrum and ilium plexuses reflexly in the upper portion of solar plexus and sympathetically in cardiac plexus, hence the below normal pressure of heart forces, though not organic heart condition, but affects circulation at times, especially, in the capillaries, see. In the sympathetic nerve system we find there are times when, with the strain of the condition, the sympathetics become so overtaxed as to produce right smart despondency to the body of its own physical forces. The sensory nerve system, very good, for with none of these except reflex forces do we have pressure or disturbance to centers that affect the organs of the sensory system, either in their vibratory force or in the functioning of the body direct.
4. In the functioning of the organs themselves, we find as

these conditions at present: The brain force of the body, normal with the reaction from the sympathetic system finding expression. The organs and glands of neck, throat and larynx show only reflex and the lack of mucus forces sufficient at times to produce proper functioning, especially, is this of the glands producing the first lacteal forces in the digestive tract. The lung proper, very good, except of the plethoria [plethora?] expression as shown in cells from condition of blood to give the body the full expression of forces, a material expression of the system. The digestive tract, we find with the lack of secretions in first began to show soon after digestion begins the excess of the acid forces in the body. This assists at times in creating toxins in the system, and the effect of this is lack of secretions. The liver, the pancreas, the duodenum and the organs of digestion after leaving the stomach show the effect of the whole condition and only need stimulation necessary to produce the correct forces for the system through these channels. The hepatic circulation, below the normal. The body, subnormal, as shown by this condition. In the kidneys and the organs of the pelvis we find rather the lack of secretions on account of the anemic forces in body to produce the proper functioning rather than that of organic conditions, a submerged functional trouble, rather than organic conditions, see. We would take into the system to overcome these conditions, this: A tea, strong, made from Saffron to overcome the condition in the stomach proper and to give the correct vibration to the body to overcome this. It would be made in this manner: The Saffron, one to twenty parts of distilled or rain water. The dosage would be one ounce taken every other day. The water, naturally drunk or taken by the body should carry the properties of Elm, see, to reduce the condition through the lower intestinal tract and to give the colon, both ascending, traverse, and descending, the correct incentives to function normally, though through submerged conditions, exercise of specific character to the abdominal forces and the expression of the lung forces to give the more oxygen to the system. The diet shall be, not meats, but vegetables and vegetable matter, especially, gruels and coarser foods, see, that, that carries vitamin and iron in the system to give more vital forces to the body to resist in the system.
5. (Q) Should the cartilage or bone be cut out of the nose? (A) Not if the exercises to the body for the condition in the system are taken, head, neck and arm exercise, see. Not enough blood in system in order to create coagulation

without causing trouble. Do not do it at present or at all if these exercises are taken.
6. (Q) What should body do to gain weight and when should results begin to show? (A) By the third to fourth week, just as we have given.
7. (Q) Just what kind of exercises should this body take? (A) The head and neck exercise for the upper portion of the body, circular, side to side and circular from the other side, see - head and neck, see; of the arms, with the body erect and the arms brought forward and backward raising the body to expand the lungs and take in the air through the nostrils, and then we have the exercise of the lower extremities, this taken after the head and neck exercise; those to the abdomen taken with the body lying prone, mornings and evenings. Those of the head and neck exercise taken only every other day, see. Do as we have given if we would relieve these conditions in this body. We are through.
