Time of Reading 4:30 P. M. Birmingham, Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal condition as we find in this body has to do with the distribution of forces throughout the whole system both in the circulation of the blood supply, and the action this has produced or brought to bear within the system throughout, the effect being not only to the circulation of the blood forces themselves, but to the seat of the blood forces and its action with the brain forces in the body.

2. Now these are conditions as we find in this body here: We find in the circulation the blood forces are abnormal in their action over the whole system produced, first, by their being carried in the system that bacilli producing pus formations or that better known as streptococci, this being caused by two distinct conditions existing in the system and when they became of the nature as to be united in their action over the system, the effect was to increase the activity of the forces, both through the larger and secondary artery to the heart forces, so that the pressure as raised in the system above the normal condition, first being only that as produced by the action of the forces in their ability to return to the proper place and gradual filling of the glands that carry the eliminating forces throughout the system has raised the forces until at present they are above the normal pressure. The effect as produced is to give to the emunctory and lymphatic forces a plethora condition, especially, in the trunk portions of the body and the action of all of the arterial and venous or vein forces are to become the store place for the impurities until the cells, themselves, of these channels or canals through the system, have become deficient in their ability to respond to the giving of force to counteract this condition. The blood as a factor itself still shows some of this bacillus and is now hard to separate on account of carrying so great a quantity of the lymphatic forces, also, the number of the cells of the red blood forces are equal to the amount of pressure as shown, which is now more than 192, you see. The

action of the white forces in the system is better than they have been heretofore. The nerve forces in this body, on account of the condition as is given through the circulation, is to relax every center governing the external action of blood forces, while those through some of the deeper blood supplying forces are still governed and controlled by the action of the larger branches of the nerve energy. The forces as governed by sympathetic action of the circulation has become the prime factor in distribution of blood forces in the system, hence the inability of the muscular forces to contract sufficient to make the eliminating properties within the system co-ordinate with the rest of the body. The functioning of the organs themselves through the system, we find are in this condition at present. With the action of the blood forces on the brain we have the reaction to the sensibility of the brain forces to discriminate between what becomes voluntary or involuntary forces through the whole system, hence the inability of the body to be able to make the extremities to co-ordinate with the desire of the brain forces. Through the lungs they express the same condition, hence the respiratory functioning does not always come in its proper manner, they reaching at times, higher vibrations than necessary or normal. The heart action itself is not of the organic condition, save as expressed through the nerve forces being unable to control the action with the condition existing in nerve centers and the arterial and venous themselves. The digestive forces, stomach, intestinal tract, throughout present the dull lack of the sufficient amount of energy to produce the proper action through the system, the beginning with the forces as were produced in the system from the condition existing in the lower hepatic circulation where the first bacillus was created in the system, then when they became the other character as produced through the antrum, this connecting with the former began the condition in the blood supplying forces, it, the blood forces through the heart action being the weaker element or condition in the body.

3. To give the help needed to the system to create the even flow of blood forces or pressure, keep much of the same properties through medicinal forces as taken by strength through neuropathic forces, those nerves necessary to produce in the muscular forces the co-ordination between the action of the cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems. These would be by contraction of certain muscles along the spine and the relaxing of others. The contraction should be about the fifth to twelfth dorsal. The relaxing should be about

the sacral and ilium plexus, the first and second cervical and all of those about the frontal portion of the body. Do that.

4. (Q) Mr. Cayce, does this body need any medicines? (A) Those of the same nature as he has been taking into the system to assist in the elimination through the tract of the hepatic circulation, and intestinal forces, you see. Keep the system free of poisons gathering in the body, you see, as much as possible and keep those portions to the body to create and equalize the circulation.

5. (Q) Mr. Cayce, the body wants to know about his diet? (A) No proteins in this body. It is necessary to keep as much of those that will keep down the pressure, you see, and those things and elements that will only give life forces without giving heat in the body.

6. (Q) Mr. Cayce, would you eliminate, then, meats from this body's diet? (A) Eliminate all of those that make heat to the body.

7. (Q) Mr. Cayce, have you further suggestion of the improvement of this body? (A) Follow these as we would give the most assistance and the most relief to this body as we have given. Do that. We are through.
