Time of Reading 6:30 P. M. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Not in this place exactly. [GD's note: Apparently on the premises but not exactly in the house.] Now, we find there are some conditions that may be assisted in the developing to prevent the abnormal forces from being localized or of becoming hindrances to the body in the developing. We find some abnormal conditions in the system that may be corrected. They have to do with the nerve forces in the body, their effect on the organs of the system and of the developing in the functioning of the organs as they develop, see.

2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, though most of the body, very good: First, in the blood supply the body is almost normal, both in red and white blood and in its functioning in the system.

3. In the nerve forces we find those of the nature that produces some strain and contraction on centers that produce involuntary action of the voluntary nerve forces in the body. This, we find, especially, in the forces as appear in the body from a reflex condition existing in the system and affects directly the plexus governing the upper extremities and through the reflex pressure caused, produces to the sensory organism, the strain on the organs there are times, especially, is this the cause of the strain to the circulation as produces elimination from used forces in the vision or eye, and the strain as produced there is oversecretions that carry to the ducts of the eye, those that which blurr or hinder the vision at times, until where we have a stigmatic condition existing in the vision, see, this being, as yet, wholly a sympathetic condition but if allowed to remain may become localized and cause the bad effect to the optic forces, this reflex condition being wholly a nerve force in the system produced from a lesion as found in the second lumbar region. This, also, affects reflexly the digestive tract and creates the overstimulus of gastric juices in the stomach, proper. This then brings reaction to the system, through the nerve center of the solar plexus force, see. In the sympathetic nerve system begins the condition involving these forces as shown in the

body.

4. The functioning of the organs themselves in the system, we find the most of these normal at the present time. There are conditions that arise in the functioning organs of the throat. There are the conditions that arise through the digestive tract, and these are of the sympathetic nature with the developing of the individual force, itself. The body is kept in the developing forces well, but that is outside influences, see.

5. To give the relief to this body, we would give this into the system in very small doses, see:

Tincture of Valerian................2 ounces, Bromide of Potassium................2 grains, Iodide of Potassium...............1/4 grain, Elixir Calisaya.....................2 ounces, Essence of Capsici..................3 minims.

6. Sufficient simple syrup to make eight (8) ounces. The dose would be teaspoonful each evening on retiring, see. The body would exercise a great deal in the open, but not of specific nature and character, that is, regular in its exercise rather than of specific exercise, but for the developing of all physical forces as to those of the sensory organism. Be well, if every week for several weeks, but not oftener than once in seven days, the adjustments were made for the upper lumbars and upper dorsal, even to the full length of the cervical would be well. Do that, and we will find by the suggestion and by the open air, will relieve the strain on the eye, on the nervous system and on the digestive tract. Do that.

7. (Q) Mr, Cayce, do you mean this body [4110] should take specific calisthenics or should play games to exercise the body? (A) Of the methodical rather than the specific exercise for the developing of all physical forces in the body, see.

8. (Q) What kind of exercise should be taken? (A) For the physical body, as we have given. Do that. We are through.
