1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now in this body we have the many and various ways in which both the physical and the spiritual mental are acted upon, both through physical forces and effect of the condition of the mental and spiritual forces within this body. First, in the physical, which must first be considered from this plane, we find the body very good throughout. The conditions are most normal. The condition from which this entity must be careful in the physical is the eyes, else we will have trouble in later life, through accident, and other conditions that may be for this physical body's eyes, you see.

2. Now, there are some abnormal conditions in this body that may be corrected, though they are at present minor conditions. With the developing of the physical to its highest, we may so set these conditions until they would become hindrances in the years that are to come to this body. For these will be many.

3. In the blood supply of the body, we find conditions very good throughout. They are well balanced between the forces of developing in red blood and also in the white, though they may be, as we shall see, the conditions through which the troubles may arise. White blood forces, see.

4. In the nerve system, physically we have an extra well balanced physical body and one well controlled by the centers from the cerebrospinal system or one well balanced through mental forces, as we will see, in soul and mental and spiritual forces of the body. The body reasons then well through its own individual scope of conditions present, past and future. Hence the enlargement of vision is all necessary for the body to develop far, through the physical of the mental and cerebrospinal attributes of this physical body.

5. In sympathetic nerve system, we find the body at present wrought above the normal conditions. This, as we shall see, is produced from specific conditions exercised with and through the nerve system and the relation it has brought to the whole nerve forces in cerebrospinal, sympathetic and

4121-1 Page 2

sensory system - the impression remaining the most upon the physical in the sensory functioning of the body, see.

6. In the sensory system at present, body well balanced when normal conditions are in control within the body. Not that the sensory system is sub-normal at present, rather above, on account of impressions received sympathetically to the body and this reacting upon the sensitiveness of the sensory system throughout. Hence the conditions whereby at the present, where the sensory system receives the greater sensitive action of all presented before the physical, see.

7. In the functioning of the organs themselves, we find as these conditions. First, in the brain force proper, the body as given, well balanced throughout, especially given to lines of detail work in the matter of construction of material forces. Hence the vocation in line, would be along the lines with the broader vision first received, of construction, either material, or in the lives of individuals whom would have the acting upon by parallel lives of others, see. In any detail work necessary for construction, either physically, mentally or financially, see. In this the vocation should lie.

8. In the organs of the sensory system at present, we find these supersensitive, as it were, in the throat, larynx, bronchials, thyroids - all those glands and tissue of the head and neck - very good at present. Lungs normal. Heart forces normal in its action. Digestive tract very good. Pancreas, we find the conditions whereby the body may work the detriment to its individual self in the after years, unless taken in hand at the present time, for in this gland itself we find, with the reaction of the spleen, the body becomes easily influenced as to its digestion or that created by the digestion at such times. Hence, when the body is under severe mental strain, it should never, never take food of any character in the stomach, rather water, and especially not sweets, see. For with this, destructive cellular forces as necessary in the spleen to meet this reaction easily, is the functioning of the spleen and pancreas run together. Hence, we create in the liver that which would become destructive force to white blood supply in the system, and from that condition, produce either the excess of lymphatics and the effect as this would produce upon non-secretive organs, or the lack of same, and produce anemia through the white blood supply - the liver at present showing some conditions of this condition existing at present.

9. Gall duct not producing sufficient of those elements at present, to meet the needs of the system to keep the

4121-1 Page 3

digestion and blood renewal forces balanced, as it has done in the past, see. In this we have the past, present and future conditions exhibited; and conditions that may arise from existing conditions, without producing even that perceptible effect at the present time. This is warning, see. Follow what is given for these.

10. In the upper portion of intestinal digestion, the glands secreting and excreting, we find are very good. The excretions are sufficient. The secretions for blood rebuilding forces, showing the strain under which they are put to produce sufficient in the system to keep the balance. Throughout the rest of intestinal tract, very good. There has been some strain in the past through the lower portion of the body, that is in the intestinal tract, we mean, so that some ligaments show this strain. Nothing to be afraid of at present, only the body kept in correct balance to bring the correct conditions in the system.

11. In the hepatic circulation, a normal flow, one not ordinarily found. Liver with kidneys functioning normally, only this excess, as given, to be careful, you see. Kidneys and organs of the pelvis normal with the whole system.

12. In the correction of this physical, we would first be warned of this condition as given, and not take into the system save pure water when the body is exceedingly tired from physical strain or from nerve strain, see. And that pure water.

13. In the physical, to keep this balanced, keep exercised, specifically, best if given when the body first wakens in the morning and before retiring - the stretching, bending motion to trunk portion of body, using the extremities as the levers, or that with which the rest of the body is handled or used. That is, the twisting of the body with the extremities held by themselves, stooping, bending, circular motion, to keep the body well balanced. Do that.

14. In the mental forces of the body, we find the soul and spirit developed beyond the normal numbers, as known in the physical plane. For this development has been four times upon this earth plane, and the natural tendency of the individual through its own personal efforts, and personality, to relieve the excess of forces as has been experienced in the soul and spirit forces of this entity. In the soul and spirit development on this plane, the body keeping the physical well balanced, will be the better for all its forces in developing. The condition to be warned of in this developing of spirit and soul forces - let not the extravagances of the mental attribute toward the physical, work detriment to the soul and spirit [of this] entity.

That is, with destructive forces set for physical conditions, let not those manifest in soul and spirit developing. With discouragements in physical or mental, use those rather as the stepping stone to the higher forces and rely upon that spiritual force with which the soul has become exceptionally endowed, see. In the physical, the soul and spirit forces are manifested at present. Keep those, and follow along the close and narrow way to the everlasting forces that are ever present, when reliance is put in these forces.

15. We are through. ough.
