1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. Now, we find the physical forces of this body are very good, and apparently there would be little that might not correct itself as the physical forces function along; yet there are conditions of which the body should be warned, so that - as the body functions and rebuilds - there may not be gradually builded into the physical functioning those conditions that would be detrimental, and that might cause constitutional disturbances that would bring about distressing or unseeming conditions.
4. Now, these are conditions as we find them with this body:
5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good in many respects - the quality, the quantity, and the pressure, as well as that of its action through the lung. Only in the distribution of the used forces as the blood stream carries these for elimination do we find any disturbances. Hence the conditions as exist at times in the capillaries, or cuticle, where various portions of the cuticle appear irritated. Again we find the same condition hindering the body through the action of the kidneys. Again the tendency toward that of constipation. These conditions are effects, then, we see, of a disturbed circulation and elimination, and these effects are seen in circulation only through that of how that there remains in the system those properties as should be eliminated. Again we see an effect of this is how that irritation occurs easily in throat, bronchials or larynx - a roughness, a tendency toward hoarseness, a coughing - these are conditions that the body should be warned of, that these do not be allowed to remain; else there might appear those of an acute condition, and many portions of the system might become involved - either kidneys, liver, or throat.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, these we find very good.
7. In the digestive system, this we find what might be termed the seat or the cause of the existent conditions in the system; for when there is taken ANY element in the system that causes an overtaxation, or an over creative force, to meet the needs of conditions, other portions of the body necessarily must suffer, both through the nerve and the blood stream. These, then, are the seats or causes of the condition - a taxation to the digestive system. Again we find the mental reaction of the body to the digestion is as a cause of the activity of the secretions necessary to bring about proper digestion and proper assimilation in the system. Then we should never take food - meat nor drink - when the body is exceedingly worried in mind, nor when the body is over physically debilitated; that is, PHYSICALLY tired or MENTALLY overtaxed. Rest a bit before food or drink is taken. When the body is wroth, mad, or out of temper, or worried - leave food or drink from the system. Never think that either worry or madness may be drowned in drink or in over feeding the stomach; for these bring distresses to the body.
8. For the condition as exists in the throat, then, we would use that inhalant as may be prepared in this manner:
9. To four (4) ounces of pure grain alcohol, we would add: Eucalyptol.....................20 minims, Rectified Creosote..............3 minims, Benzoin.........................5 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp..........10 minims, Canadian Balsam.................5 minims, Tolu in Solution...............40 minims.
10. Put the solution in a glass corked bottle at least twice the size of the quantity of solution, or the four (4) ounces in an eight (8) ounce container. Shake solution well together before each inhalation, with the mouth close over the bottle, and inhale at least three to four (3 to 4) deep inhalations in the morning soon after arising, or evening just before retiring, or both, see? or if irritation arises in the throat and bronchials from cold or congestion this may be taken or inhaled more often. Do not take - simply inhale, though this is not a poison.
11. For the condition in the digestive system, for the kidneys and the hepatic circulation, use those properties in that of Oxy-Crystine [Occy-Crystine]. These should be taken rather as medicinal properties; that is, teaspoonful in two (2) glasses of water, or in one glass of water and drink another following, twice each day until there is the full

complete reaction from these properties in the whole digestive system.
12. Be careful of the diet. Never overload or overtax the system. Smoking is not detrimental if taken in moderation, but is an irritant and thence must be kept in or under control, rather than letting the desire control the body. Strong drink may be taken in moderation, but excess either as a stimulant or as a food value, this is almost nil - yet for digestion this is very good, taken properly - a little before meals well at times, but never to excess; else there may be expected the condition in the liver and kidneys to cause distresses. Use discretion. Be consistent. Keep the mind active - and the body functions will respond; for remember that the body is the way of manifesting of the spiritual body in the material plane, and that to present this physical body holy and acceptable to Him is but a reasonable service; for man - through his action - is the manifesting of his conception of the Creative Energy, and must keep same consistent with that desired in others.
13. We are through for the present.
