Time of Reading 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y. (Check Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. In many ways we find the physical conditions show improvement from that as we have had here before. There are still those indications of existent conditions in the eliminations, and also of the acid condition existent in the stomach proper. The action of conditions there is to produce in the mucus producing portions of the system that of over-acidity, as is indicated in the capillary circulation - where rash or itching appears, and a form of tetter, or of that abrasion seen on body - chest, and the portions where lymphatics come close to the outer portion of skin, and in the mouth. It is well that these conditions show, or that the poisons as are not eliminated through the dross channel are thrown off. This, as seen, is the natural method - or nature's method - to prevent more destructive conditions in system; for the mouth and the body, were these NOT indicated there, the condition would be detrimental - or more than seen at present - to the liver or the kidneys. In this PARTICULAR body the kidneys would be the sufferer, and uremia would be a resultant condition.

2. These conditions, then, must be met as they exist. It (the condition) will require persistence, patience, and consistency on the part of the body to rid same of this condition.

3. First - be mindful of the diet. Do not take ANY foods that have the tendency to produce acidity in the system. Do not take stimulants of any character that will produce more of the acid or the alcoholism in the digestion. Beware, then, of meats - and of highly seasoned foods. No alcoholic drinks, unless it be of gin - and that in moderation. Little or no tea or coffee. Ovaltine, or such, may be used as substitute for same.

4. The intestinal system must be kept cleansed, and not by over taxation of producing excitement to the mucus or juices of system - for this will produce too much irritation. Best that these properties, then, be used: As the cathartic,

prepare as this: To sixteen (16) ounces distilled water, add six (6) ounces ambrosia or ragweed. Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to one-half (1/2) the quantity. Strain while warm and add two (2) ounces of sugar, first dissolved in hot water. Then one (1) ounce of eighty-five percent (85%) alcohol, with one (1) dram Balsam of Tolu cut in same, with fifteen (15) minims Oil of Sassafras and one-quarter (1/4) ounce Elixir Calisaya. The dose would be teaspoonful once each day, preferably just before retiring. Keep this up until the system is THOROUGHLY cleansed. This as the cathartic, see?

5. Of mornings, well that some mild saline - that is of the non-acid nature - be taken; followed (after the meal of morning) with from three (3) to six (6) drops of Glyco-Thymoline in half glass of water - see?

6. Do this. We will find we will cleanse these conditions from the system.

7. Well, too, that the inhalant be used as an antiseptic for throat and nostrils, and mouth. This will prevent any re-infection as system is being cleansed.

8. Well that occasionally - once a week or once in two weeks - a thorough massage be taken, and at least once a month a good Turkish bath - or sweat, see?

9. Do this, and we will bring the near normal conditions for this body, [4124]. Ready for questions. (After pause) We are through with this reading.
