Time of Reading Newcastle Hotel, 10:30 to 10:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Va. Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4125] and those conditions that disturb the physical forces and physical functioning of the body; these we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, there ARE changes in the general physical conditions. While these in the present are not so marked as they may soon show, or as they have been at other times, those conditions that cause or produce the disturbance (in the incipiency) are being approached in a manner that there may be the eliminating of these and the establishing of those connections and coordinations as to make for the permanent relief, and the eliminating entirely of those causes of those conditions that first produced the disorder.
3. As given, these are from pressures that exist in the cardiac - secondary cardiac area, from reflexes in the system, and making - in those positions as they exist - these disturbances to the respiratory system, producing that extra flow of blood to the upper portion of the body, causing those disturbances in head, in the respiratory system, the feeling of the losing hold of self, the feeling of pressure as from the diaphragm upward, and these aided and abetted by those conditions that were produced by the reaction of those outside influences have contributed, and do act as a contributory cause to the conditions.
4. We would keep for the present those same manipulative forces as to relieve the pressures, that will allow the coordinating between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal system, that will give for the proper reactions to the mental abilities for the clarification of ideas and ideals in the system, as well as for those that will prevent the pressures or accumulations of the refuse forces in the system through the activity of the overflow of blood supply and impulse from those centers in the upper dorsal and
4125-2 Page 2
cervical area, that come reflexly from the lumbar and lower dorsal area.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) What originally caused her general disturbance? (A) Just as we have given, these pressures here in the cerebrospinal system, between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, from those reactions in the system that make for the dis-coordinating (rather than incoordinating) of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal to the impulses of the secondary forces or to those of the sympathetic nerve system coordinating with the brain impulses.
7. (Q) What produced these pressures? (A) The general condition that existed in the system through those conditions as it passed through distresses from without and from within.
8. (Q) What shall she do about gas pains? (A) As indicated, use those manipulative measures that will eliminate as fast as possible those pressures in these areas, together with those properties which may be taken.
9. (Q) What properties should be taken? (A) As indicated, those that would be more of the lacteals, which may be found as in this: One day take two teaspoonsful of Milk of Magnesia; one day take two teaspoonsful of Milk of Bismuth combined with lactated Pepsin; and then an enema to relieve those pressures in the colon and the area through that. Once a week the irrigations should be taken.
10. (Q) Should the Magnesia be taken first? (A) Either may be taken first, but one should rotate - one with another.
11. (Q) How much Pepsin to each dose of the Bismuth? (A) Five to six drops in the Milk of Bismuth.
12. (Q) Is she exercising her body too much, or should she rest more? (A) No; not too much exercise, just so there's sufficient to tire the body without strain.
13. (Q) Should the treatments be taken every day now? (A) Should be taken every day, until there is beginning to show the reactions from same.
14. (Q) Is the doctor giving her the right treatments to bring relief? (A) If he hadn't been, we would have corrected it!
15. (Q) How is her condition according to the first reading? (A) As indicated, the basis - or the conditions that are being applied are beginning to reach to the first or primary causes. Naturally, these are to be found reactory at times,
4125-2 Page 3
but these WILL disappear as the corrections are made. See, there has been little - VERY little of the ADJUSTMENTS as yet. These will be more severe when the body is relaxed sufficient for that, and these will be found to relieve pressures - though there will be more reaction at times.
16. (Q) Do you advise her to go home or have this doctor treat her until relieved? (A) We would go on WITH the treatments that are begun properly. WHEN there is begun, or when there is sufficient change that these may JUSTIFY that changes be made, then they may be done.
17. (Q) Any other advice you can give that will help or give relief? (A) Will the body have patience with itself, as well as those about the body having patience and sympathy with the body - rather than those that make for condemnation in any way or manner - there will, WITH the adjustments and with the changes, come a much quicker change in the body. These, we would say, these we would have about the body.
18. (Q) Any special diet? (A) As given, these had best be outlined with the character of manipulations and changes that are made, and as they are being made in the system, see?
