1. EC: Now, we find that the conditions throughout this system are better than when we had them before. There is near the equalization in the circulation, in elimination and assimilation, and in both the circulation in blood supply and in nerve force, so that the constitutional condition of the body is improved a great deal. We only need to keep in the system those properties that will give the incentive to the functioning organs and to the life giving flow in the system to supply that necessary to overcome the conditions that have been created and that are at the present time inclined to give way to these conditions.
2. We would then at the present time take this in the system. However, we would use with this plenty of water, more than seemingly needed, both internal and external, that the excretory system may function through these channels, with the medicinal properties as taken in the system to adjust conditions, with specific exercises other than the every day or ordinary exercise as taken by the body. Also keep the mental attributes in that way and manner that gives health-giving incentive to the soul and spirit forces, and create that expectancy within the system that the body will adjust itself properly through the physical attributes of the system.
3. Taking then this as the specific exercise: mornings, let the exercise be for the upper portion of the body; arms, neck and head, and from the waist line up, using the circular motion for each of these, that the circulation in blood and nerve may be equalized. In evening, that of the lower portion of the body; loins, hips, lower limbs, with the circular motion, or by the swinging of these from side to side, stooping and bending with the body erect.
4. As to the medicinal properties, these: To one gallon of rain water, we would add:
Wild Cherry Bark..................4 ounces,

Dogwood Bark (fresh preferably)...1 ounce, Calisaya Bark.....................1 ounce, Prickly Ash Bark..................1 ounce, Black Haw Bark..................1/2 ounce, Mandrake Root....................20 grains, Buchu Leaves.....................15 grains, Elder Flower......................2 ounces.
5. Reduce by simmering to one quart. Strain while warm and add 6 ounces of grain alcohol, with 20 minims of Tincture of Myrrh. The dose would be two teaspoonsful before each meal. Let the diet be seasonable vegetables, and little meats, save that of fowl or of wild game or bird, and that preferably the broth from same rather than the meat itself. Do this.
6. We will bring the normal forces to this body, [4133].
7. With the mental, keep close to that as is found in reading THE BOOK, especially as that found in James, 1st, 2nd and 3rd John and Jude.
