1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [4143], present in this room, who seeks physical, mental and spiritual counsel and advice, so that she may give the very best service in this life. You will give a reading covering these phases, as to how she may bring out the very best in each, and answer the questions which she will ask.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [4143], present in this room.
3. In the physical forces of the body, here we find there are some irritations that produce to the nervous system an overtaxation, so that there are those reactions at times in the functioning of organs that are or become affected by this condition. In some instances it will be seen that there is the reaction of nervous digestion; at others there are those tendencies as of a jumpy, uneasy feeling of the body; at others the reactions are as of fullness in throat, in breathing, in the reactions of the respiratory system. These are the effects. The causes, as we find, are from an unbalancing of elements in the system as related to the keeping of the blood stream in a normal reaction, and an excess of potash in the body with a deficiency in the iodine content, and with the iron showing improper reaction to these unbalanced elements.
4. As will be seen from those environs of the body in the present, and with the body absorbing those elements in the sand, sun and sea air, this condition will be relieved, and the quietude of the whole system will only make for reactions where there will be the necessity for the watching or caring for the eliminations that affect the hepatic circulation. This may be better accomplished by the use of those elements that will keep a tendency towards an alkalin reaction in the system. To keep these balanced, as changes are brought in the activities of the body, we would find it well to use occasionally those properties of Atomidine in

small quantities. We would advise taking three to five drops each day for three to five days, then discontinuing for a period of a week to ten days, then giving another course or round in the same manner. These properties are not necessary when so close to the sunshine and the sand in such surroundings as at present, but when in those environs where there is less reaction from such elements, these properties would keep a more even balance.
5. Also, the use of the violet ray will make for the nerves' reaction in the cerebrospinal system to be more active, more effective.
6. The physical attributes of the body we find as given.
7. In the mental we find those abilities to mete out much that may be helpful to others in their understanding their relationships with their fellow man, as well as their relationship with the spiritual influences that may be manifest in the material plane. Materially, we find spiritual forces are the life, the background, the basis for all activity; the mental is the builder; the physical is the result that accrues from such activity in the material or in the carnal plane.
8. Then, in selecting for self that channel through which the body-physical, body-mental, may be of the greater service to its fellow man, there are those environs from the mental and spiritual trainings of the body that offer the channels through which the activities physical and mental may find the better, the greater outlet in this experience of the body.
9. In choosing the group, or that one with which and through which the services of the body would give the greater glory to that the body worships, choose that group that is acting more in line with that phase of self's own experience; which, as we would find, would be in the teaching and training of the young for their own protection in this material plane, whether in relationships to the material things of life or the basis of the material life in spiritual aspects of the life.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) What should be done for my back? (A) With the taking of those properties that make for a better functioning of the glands of the system, which make for the resuscitation of reactions in same, especially with the stimulation for the superficial activities of the circulation through the violet ray, there will be the strengthening of those portions where the strains have existed or that have caused distress to the body, as has been outlined - see?
4143-1 Page 3
12. (Q) How often should the violet ray be applied, and how long at a time? (A) This should be applied rather consistently with the conditions. As understood by the body, in its analyses of physical reaction, the reaction of a physical body is as necessary for the full correction as for the applications that will bring relief at any period. So, the use of the violet ray should be consistent; not to give excess stimulation but to make for those reactions that bring the stimuli of the circulation both in nerve and blood supply to the portions affected. Then, take as outlined for the balancing of the elementals in the system. If necessary, when the body is tired or when there has been strain, use for ten to fifteen minutes each day; or if necessary use more than once a day, but when unnecessary do not become dependent upon its reactions for the feelings; rather work the physical body to that condition where the responses are from within self - see?
13. (Q) Where applied? (A) Over those portions where the strains have existed; as from the 4th dorsal to the upper portion of the sacral.
14. (Q) What causes dizziness in head and what should be done for it? (A) As given, this unbalancing in the elementals makes for the improper flow of circulation, and the blood flows away from the head rather than to the head, through the attempt to adjust itself in the system.
15. (Q) What causes failing of sight at times and what should be done for it? (A) The same applies to those conditions where the nerves' reaction to the sensory system makes an excessive reaction in the vision; just as at times - if the body will be mindful of it - there is apparently not as good hearing, the taste is not as well, the vision is not as well; hence reactions from the elementals and from the superficial reaction in the violet ray to produce an attunement with the cerebrospinal and sympathetic centers in the upper dorsal area.
16. (Q) Would it be best for me to enter a convent, for the glory of God and the betterment of my soul? (A) As given, in the giving of the expressions through the mental and the material life of that basic within self of the spiritual aspects, this would be well; and that phase of same would be the one making for the preparation and the administering of those teachings to the young, as to the care of their own bodies in relationship to the material and the spiritual things in life.
4143-1 Page 4
17. (Q) If so, what order and where? (A) In those surroundings that would be most congenial to the body, in the order that makes for the preparations of one for such activities.
18. (Q) When would be the best time for making such application? (A) This we would do at once.
19. (Q) If I shouldn't do that, what should I do to make a financial standing for myself? (A) This may be accomplished. Of course, this must be determined in self, as to whether the body would dedicate itself, its body, its mental abilities, to the glorification of the Father and the Son in such undertakings. Should there be the decision that this would require too much of the body, or that it may serve better in other capacities, then we find the next best step would be in the direction of a companion, teacher or minister to those of younger years and those that need mental and spiritual training in the relationships of self to the material and the spiritual world.
20. (Q) How should I go about to do this? (A) Through those regular channels that require the approach to the fathers in charge of those preparations in the various orders of the church.
21. (Q) Is there any other advice that will help me particularly at this time to get myself set properly? (A) There is ever the necessity of one finding self. In the relationships of this individual body, as we find, the decisions must be made by the approach to and through those channels of making self in accord with those conditions about self, and self's concentrating and consecrating self and body to the glorifying of the Father in some particular way, mode or manner. That ideal which is held before self IS the ideal that should be the ideal of all. All must come to the knowledge of the glory of the Father through the Son, that may manifest in the activities of individuals in their relationships one with another; and His promises are sure, for "I will not leave thee comfortless, but will come to thee in all thou doest, wilt thou keep me in remembrance before thy brethren."
