1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [4163], present in this room, who seeks advice, counsel and guidance, as to his health, mental affairs and material associations. You will answer the questions which he will ask regarding these:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [4163], present in this room.

3. In the physical conditions of the body, these we find very good in most respects. There are those conditions that if precautions are taken respecting these, as has been outlined for the body in various manners, much disorder will be prevented from arising that would become detrimental to the better physical functioning.

4. These, as we find, where there has been strain on the general system through the mental and physical activities in some directions, especially where strain has affected those actions in the system as related to the assimilating system, with the precautions taken in those directions that have been directed by those surrounding the body, will be able to be thrown off by the body so as to eliminate much of the disturbance.

5. In the mental body, this - as we find - shows the effect of the material and mental strain under which general conditions have affected, or do influence the body-physical, the body-mental; yet the general conditions that are the criterions for the mental activities are such that the body under the mental conditions finds a much more even balance than is ordinarily indicated under such strains that have been brought to bear on the body.

6. In the material relationships, these offer many problems in various directions at the present time. Many of those associations that have been of aid and help to the body, in the various applications of the mental and material associations, have been and are necessary of change under

4163-1 Page 2

those conditions that have arisen, and that are arising in and under present associations. Most of these, as we find however, have - through the mental abilities of the body - been set in order, or are being set in order, to meet the varied conditions that arise.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Please examine my physical body and advise me fully of any ailments. (A) As indicated, those conditions that are to be warned concerning most are those of the assimilations of the body, as related to the organs that pertain to same. The advice and counsel that has been given in these directions, as we find, are well. If these are followed by the body, we would not alter or change these.

9. (Q) Why is my disturbance sometimes greater than at other times? (A) Owing to the very nature of the conditions, that are influenced by the mental reaction, as well as those forces in system that are controlled by the very conditions that produce the disturbance. These make of the conditions, then, that which is alterable or changed by circumstances and surroundings as related to the physical organism; for as in the assimilations - which makes for the disturbance as related to the organs of the system; that is, the heart's action, the liver, the hepatic circulation, and the lymph in its circulation (for it is controlled by the sympathetic system) - these are more or less of such a nature that influences externally and also internally. Hence the variations.

10. (Q) Will they ever leave me? (A) If the directions will be followed that have been outlined for the body, we will have a much more normal reaction.

11. (Q) What recommendation would you make as to the care of myself? (A) As indicated, the mental balance of the body is such that there is above the average influence on the general conditions by the mental abilities of the body itself. Other than the specific conditions that are to be met by those activities which have been outlined, we would advise that there be kept an even balance, and that there be not extremes in ANY direction; for the activities of the body materially and mentally are such that there is required a full activity in all directions; yet keeping the mind - keeping the mental, keeping the imaginative forces of the body - in such an attunement in those directions that an even balance is kept makes for better conditions throughout.

4163-1 Page 3

So, work sufficient, play sufficient, rest sufficient, take the proper amount of exercise necessary to keep the normal influences in the system, and we will find the better conditions will be the responses from the reactions; for as the activities are in their various directions, so are the influences mentally, materially and spiritually, kept in an even balance throughout.

12. (Q) Regarding material affairs: What is the nature of the business in which I am engaged? (A) The constructive forces as related to the material conditions that influence people's lives.

13. (Q) What shall I do to meet present depressed conditions? (A) This might be answered in the manner as has been indicated, that in MOST directions where changes have been necessary to be met there have been or are being such associations made as to meet or to fill those necessary requirements for the meeting of the conditions. Where there has been the necessity for the relieving of associations, these are being brought about in such a manner that they will have as little influence upon the WHOLE, as to the associations, as may be expected. These are BEING met in a manner that will bring the most satisfactory conditions and results; for, as has been given, there has already begun that general trend that will make for not only individuals so adjusting themselves by their concept of valuations in the material, the mental and the spiritual influences in their lives, as to better meet the conditions that are before them in the economic influences, as well as economic conditions being so altered as to cause material changes in the early portion of the Fall of the present year, with the general trend for a normalcy by the Spring of the coming year.

14. (Q) Do you see any improvement in business conditions, and how will they affect my company? (A) As indicated and given, this condition is to affect ALL businesses, especially those in the constructive portions as related to man's - individuals' - affairs.

15. (Q) Have I any disloyal employees? (A) Where such conditions HAVE existed, as indicated, conditions are so adjusting themselves as to make for their eliminations. Where the associations are such as to make for that which demands loyalty in the activities of others, so do those in the employ or association of the individual create that influence which brings about that activity in the experience of individuals. While there are exceptions in every association of such natures that reach these proportions, so that there are the entrance of those who are

4163-1 Page 4

within themselves become a law unto themselves, yet with the influences that are brought to bear by the general association with that which demands the continuation of that loyalty, by the loyalty given, such are gradually eliminated. As we would find generally, or universally, the associations with the body are much ABOVE the average.

16. (Q) Who are the disloyal ones? (A) These, as we have given, will of themselves eliminate themselves, by the conditions that are brought about in the variations that are arising with much of the readjustment.

17. (Q) Wherein are they disloyal? (A) As indicated, there are those conditions where individuals become a law unto themselves in associations of such natures. These are gradually eliminating themselves, and do eliminate themselves, by the very associations and changes that are brought about.

18. (Q) What factories do I control? (A) In the various centers where there are the activities of the body, at home and abroad, these influences are kept in the lines of those, in the nature of the various factories, from the center in the home surroundings. These are several in their nature, yet all are of one general influence - or of the constructive nature.

19. (Q) Should all be operated at the present time? (A) The conditions that exist in the present forego that such may be done on the full operation, but as conditions are altered - and as the general upturn begins, in those series or portions of the activities - these may be gradually increased or activity begun that becomes more effective to meet the demands of the various operations. In themselves, it answers for themselves - that conditions are such that not ALL may be or are active, from the very nature of conditions themselves.

20. (Q) What changes would you suggest in conducting them? (A) We would not alter the general policy; for, as given, where a policy is such that there is the production of an honest policy production that demands in return for same loyalty, not only to those that produce - and from those that produce, but to those who are the users - or those that are the subscribers to the production of same, this is of itself a policy that is bringing in itself the returns commensurate with that put into same. Who may alter such? Where there are such elements entering that this policy is of such a nature that it may not be demanded of those producing, of those distributing for "He that would be the greater would be the servant of all", whether in the mental world, the material world, or the spiritual world.

4163-1 Page 5

21. (Q) Is there any danger ahead for us? (A) That would depend upon the very nature of danger, or the character of danger that might be anticipated - but, as we find, there are no material conditions that would be altered by any dangers as we find that would be of a great influence in the associations of the body, [4163].

22. (Q) Are we wasting our time and energy in the manufacture of certain products? (A) Where there are the fields of usefulness for the product, that it fills a need of the elements in human experience, then may not be lost. Where there is to be builded that field for the use of such products that may be made, then these become useless or obsolete WITHOUT there is the continued effort to make for a field of distribution. As we find, there are little or even minor ones that are included in this field in the present. Some have, by the very nature - through those increased facilities for the manufacture, been produced or are being replaced by those that fill the need, or the desire of those that may be supplied through this same field. Hence we find little being wasted in obsolete or unprofitable directions in the present.

23. (Q) What general advice would you give me as to the conduct of our company? (A) So conduct the policies in general, in local, in person, that there must be honest service in every channel, in the production, in the presentation, in the produce itself. Much AS the policy that was set by self so often in the various associations, where even it has involved large conditions, or circumstances have been such that there has been the POSSIBILITY of there being a slack on this or that, yet the general policy would be service rendered will bring of itself its reward - even as virtue brings its own reward.

24. (Q) What is the feeling of bankers toward our company? (A) In the general, as has been indicated, one of a most optimistic manner.

25. (Q) Have we anything to fear from them? (A) Rather may there be expected more aid in those directions where necessary expansions are needed.

26. (Q) Please advise me of any important business venture which I am now considering. (A) These are many, in the various ventures. These may be given more specifically by the individualizing of such ventures. As a general as indicated, from the very manner of the approach of the body in its mental and material associations, the policy that is assumed by individuals that may approach - whether as individuals or as groups either

4163-1 Page 6

eliminates or endears them to the association of the body, through the very policy they assume in their attitudes as concerning same. This may be called the innate influence that arises from within, that has been builded by the very acts of the body itself as to become second sight, or intuitive influences, that make for those gatherings - or scatterings abroad - of associates, business relations, and such; for individuals and groups endear or separate themselves by their own policies.

27. (Q) Do you recommend the contemplated business venture, which I have just suggested? (A) If these associations are in line with the policies of self, then it would be recommended. If these are at an advarience to that which has so long been held as the basis of the policy of self, and must be a policy of associates, then we would not!

28. (Q) Can you advise any definite plan of procedure? (A) Much of the procedure, are these entered into, has already been visualized by body and associates. As we would find, these would work to the better advantage of all concerned.

29. (Q) What results will be accomplished, and shall the venture prove successful? (A) Successful, if these are followed on the lines that have been and are being worked out, in accordance with the general policy of the body.

30. (Q) Will [257] and I get along? Are we compatible with each other? (A) The policies that have been the life blood of the body, enjoined with those abilities of [257], would make for a compatibility that will make for a complete success of the associations and ventures.

31. (Q) Shall I change management in our Cleveland plant? (A) While these have been contemplated, and while there has been considered those that would fill and build in a more economical way and manner, these we would consider the second time before changes are made; or give the opportunity for those corrections in those errors that have been apparent in the association, and we will find are these done - these should bring better results in more than one direction.

32. (Q) Do you recommend any change in the management of our Youngstown plant? (A) Here conditions are somewhat varied from that which has been experienced in others, yet these in the present - with the existent conditions that have been eminent in the last few years - would be a question as to whether this would be

4163-1 Page 7

the better policy; yet the change MUST come unless conditions are corrected.

33. (Q) Shall I devote any of my time to any special products for manufacture? (A) These, as we find, may adjust themselves best as the developing of the change in relationships as must come with the various associations, with the readjustments of the general economic conditions which are served by the activities of the self and associations, and there will be found that there will be some specialty conditions, or specialty things, that must be considered - and would prove WELL in many of the plants, or the surroundings, see? for, as we find, while the economic conditions are adjusting themselves, PEOPLE, INDIVIDUALS, nations, adjust themselves also, and their needs, their desires, are altered in proportion to the changes that are eminent in THEIR altering. As has been given, the policy that HAS been held by the body should be kept in meeting these - as the changes come about.

34. (Q) Regarding my family: Please endeavor to locate my son, [..., Jr.]. (A) We haven't the body here, [..., Jr.].

35. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File [GD's note: Mr. [4163] said he thought the reading was remarkable!]
