1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now this body is very good throughout save for the conditions as we find through the sacral plexus and the effect this improper co-ordination between the cerebrospinal nerves and the locomotory centers there, especially to the left limb. The effect has been to head off the circulation in part through the nervous force, and for the whole circulation of the nervous tract in this limb.
2. This, we find, has been produced in times back, and is making some connections at the present, so the circulation is better than it has been in times back. At the head of the tibia and the cartilaginous forces showing more life. This development will keep up. We may hasten it more by more vibration to the nerve vibrating through this limb. We would keep the neuropathic massage to the whole portion of the body that lacks in its proper distribution of circulation and nerve supply. But add the vibration of electrical forces of high voltage and low amperage, such as is found in ultra violet or violet ray.
3. This would be given across the sacrum and lumbar regions and down the under side of the limb clear to the foot, for only five minutes each evening, but keep the massage also. The other portions of the body only need to be kept intact. There is good elimination and assimilation through other portions of the body. This we see was produced first by an injury to the sacral region bone here first, and with the big circulation, the impingement to the nerves caused the cut-off to the circulation, and caused the deadening effect to the limb. Follow these as we have given. Keep up, and add electrical vibration, especially to the sacral region and the knee and foot.
4. (Q) When was this injury received? (A) Twenty-two months.
5. (Q) What was the nature of the accident that caused the injury? (A) Fell down the steps. See, it struck the side across the lower lumbar and sacral, across the edge of the second step.
Do this as we have given; will develop back to normal, so the use of this limb will not hinder in locomotion. We are
