1. GC: You will give a physical and mental reading of this body at this time, with suggestions for the improvement of any of these conditions. You will answer the questions relative to this body that I will ask you.
2. EC: Now, we find the physical conditions in this body very good in many respects, yet we find those abnormal conditions and those conditions with which the general system has to combat, that may become the destructive forces in the system. Hence the tendency of irritability in the body, in physical and mental conditions at times, for with the over-crowding of the conditions that may become destructive, the body fails at times to respond to the equilibrium necessary to keep the body in normal physical conditions.
3. Now these are conditions, then, as we find them in the physical forces, [4171] we are speaking of. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find tends to be above the normal in pressure, and is produced by the overtaxing of the eliminations in the system, especially the high pressure produced on kidneys. This producing then the tendency for system to be overcharged with the effects of uraemic forces or acids which give rise to the pressures in many centers in the body. This affecting then directly the condition in the blood supply. Especially will this be seen through the test of the urine at times. While negative in reaction, still that sediment is shown in same.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find very good, save when overtaxed by these conditions as are left in system through improper or over stimulated conditions to be eliminated from the system. This producing, then, the taxation to the secondary cardiac plexus and to the cardiac reaction. Hence the increase in blood flow through the heart and the high circulation produced. This a nerve reaction through sympathetic and cerebrospinal centers.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES PROPER, we find brain forces very good. Good in perspective visions, as this has to deal with mental forces of body. Good in
4171-1 Page 2
detail perspective visions. Good in character reading of individuals. Good in the way and manner of handling individuals and individualities of those the individual, [4171], connects or is associated with. Diplomatic often in such relations. Hence the characteristics of a diplomatic, high, sensitive, broad visioned individual.
7. In the physical, the organs of the sensory organism we see show the overtaxing of the nerve system, especially as is shown in the vision, for at times, with the overtaxing and with the eliminations clogged, we produce the burning sensation as is seen in the eye at times. This rather the exterior, or the cuspis and orbit center rather than the nerve of the optic forces proper.
8. In the nasal cavities and in the throat and bronchials, there are times shown when this over stimulation produces extra secretions to these portions of the body, and the tendency to clear the throat at times. This especially of mornings, produced by the system attempting in rest to create a normal equilibrium and throwing off through the various excretory systems the extra taxations as are produced in system, and this brings the extra secretions to the body.
9. Lungs good.
10. Heart action sometimes normal, other times abnormal, other times below normal, depending upon the nerve condition of the body and of the taxing of same.
11. Digestive system shows the effect of an over-crowded system at times and the poor eliminations as are affected. Hence this condition in the lower portion of the stomach proper and the condition of the liver, which is torpid in its action. Cold hepatic, with a high circulation produced when taxation through the kidneys are especially accentuated by the over amount of secretions operating or being eliminated through the emunctories of same.
12. In the kidneys, then, we find an engorgement of the organs themselves. As yet, no organic condition, other than the system attempting to create an equilibrium; yet this condition may become an organic condition, without the system and the body being and kept in the manner where the taxations are not so severe on the system. This will be through diet and through exercises for the body.
13. Should have then as much outdoor exercises as is consistent with the body and as is possible for the body to accomplish. Taking then a regular specific exercise morning and evening. Mornings for the upper portion of body, circular motions above the waist of the whole torso. Arms extended, circle about the head. Head and neck movements.
4171-1 Page 3
These not so severe, but must be persistent and consistent with same. Evenings, exercise of the lower portion of body. Circular motion of the body below the waist line, swinging limbs from side to side. Exercising of stooping of the body, to bring the equilibrium of the circulation when body is ready to rest. Well that the body have the centers in cerebrospinal system, 3rd and 4th dorsal, 10th and 11th dorsal, whole length of the lumbar, deep manipulations given at least once each week, to keep the system in a normal eliminating condition. These should be done every day for 3 to 5 treatments, until we begin the proper elimination for the body.
14. As to the diet, keep from meats of a heavy or raw nature. All that's taken should be well, well cooked. Much green vegetable forces, especially those that grow above the ground. Do this, and we will find we will keep this body, [4171], near the normal conditions.
15. The change in the manipulation as will be created by same will assist condition in head and eyes. The change in the manipulation as will be produced by same producing better eliminations, better rest, better functioning of spleen and brain.
16. Do that.
17. (Q) What is the business ability of the body? (A) This has been given.
18. (Q) What does the future hold for the success and development of the body? (A) This has to do with other conditions rather than physical and mental at present.
19. We are through.
