1. JTM: Give special attention to the eyes please.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find there are abnormal conditions in this body and while the effect is to the eyes, the condition that produces this effect, or the seat of the trouble is not located in the eyes entirely, you see. We have conditions through the body and the effect of pressure on portions of the body has brought about much of the condition, and some of the condition is of the local nature.
3. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, Mr. [4183] we are speaking of here in this room: In the circulation we find the body below the normal in quantity rather than quality of the red blood supply, so that the portions of the body needed in rebuilding tissue, ligaments and fatty portions of the body [are] below the normal. The secretive issue of the blood supply goes up and down according to the cycle and the usage of the system in stress on portions of the body; hence we have as the reflex from this condition, the effect as shown to the eye of (at times the vision is better than at other times) the secretion as thrown off by the circulation - the lymphatic and white blood supply gives an extra amount and the expression is found there, see. Again, we find the reaction from this causes the smart, burning sensation to the lids and to the eye itself toward the back portion until it leaves the reflex forces in these, see.
4. In the nervous system we find there, with the lesion that is formed within the eye itself, see, there is something that happened to them [the eyes?] some time back that caused a lesion to be formed within itself. And the reaction then to the nervous system from this condition is to produce - in the ganglia supplying the nerve tissue to the body, from the trunk portion of the cerebrospinal nerve centers, along the cervical - is to increase [of] the flow of blood and energy to the portions of the body to remove the condition, as used forces are attempting to be eliminated from the body. Then we have an excess of eliminations, see. This, then, brings about the condition where, that, with the change, [it]
4183-1 Page 2
becomes necessary for the assistance to give the focal vision necessary to give relief to the physical and to obtain the vision for the body, see. The nervous system in the sensory organism shows this condition as exists, with the connection at the cerebrospinal nerve centers and ganglias.
5. The rest of the system, sympathetically, suffers from the tension - pains to the head at times [are] produced from this. Even the digestion at times, gas forms in the stomach, you see, from reflexes, and forms [causes] a form of gastritis. This is nerve energy rather than a functional or organic condition.
6. In the organs themselves we find the brain forces in this body good, see. The action of all of the forces to bring the better elements to self and others [we find] good, see. The mental forces of the body are good. The spiritual forces [are] above the normal.
7. The action of the organs of the sensory system: We find all suffer from the nerve energy, see. Of the eye itself, we find this condition: In the retinal [area?] there have been lesions, see - first and second also were accidents to the body. These formed the extra amount of secretions necessary to cleanse the eye proper, that is, the crystal or the vision here, you see, so as to bring the necessary action for the brain to receive the impression. The greater trouble [of] inflammation is produced not only from the lid but from the back of the eyeball itself, see. The action to the optic nerve has not caused the reaction but as of the intercostal lesions that would form about the base of the nerve itself, see.
8. The condition we find through the throat, with the inclination at times of continual swallowing or clearing the condition in the throat [is] reflex only, see.
9. The lung forces [are] very good for the condition of blood supply, for the rebuilding of one or the other will rebuild the lung.
10. The digestive tract, where we find the junction of the nerve forces with the pneumogastric, brings the nerve reaction to the stomach itself, [where] we see have, as the condition as we have given; rather that of the nerve reaction than of organic or functional trouble - a nervous digestion rather than a nervous indigestion, see.
11. Through the organs of the hepatic circulation: they present the same spasmodic conditions at times. At times the liver seems to be inactive, when in fact the action is too much for the system, see. Too, this overcharges the kidneys, see, and through the intestinal tract there is the
4183-1 Page 3
same expression of nerve forces, see.
12. Now, to bring the relief to the body, to be of the permanent nature and to cure the condition, [it] will be necessary that the correct lenses be adjusted with the eye as the stage develops backward, as it were; for we will have him young again, if we follow this, see.
13. Take the exercise necessary to relieve the pressure on the portion of the body supplying the circulation to the eyes, ears, nose and throat, see; not by manipulation but by the use of the body itself to adjust, see. The head and neck movements, see, consistently and persistently if the body corrects this condition, morning and evening, two to three times to each movement, side, back and front. Circle the motion five times, see; the circular motion of the brachial plexus with the shoulders and forearms, see; the expansion then of the lungs with the hands extended to the back, to the front, five to six times; giving, in all, ten to fifteen minutes to the correct motion of the body from the waistline and up.
14. The diet shall be watched after carefully, see. And take the [Wet Cell] vibrations of evenings, this see, [as this]:
15. To one gallon of rain water add: Sea Salt................1/2 pound, Plain Charcoal..........1/2 pound, Copper Sulphate.........1/2 pound, Sulphuric Acid, C.P...1 1/2 ounces, Zinc......................8 drams.
16. This shall be used in a glass container (do not fill it full or it will run over the sides, see). In this solution will be placed two bars of steel, inch square, four inches long, bound together with a nonconductor between them. Two copper wires will be attached to the steel bars and to the other ends of the wires will be attached two small plates, one of silver and the other of copper. Each evening for twenty minutes, the copper plate will be attached to the wrist and the silver plate to the ankle on the same side of the body, and the next evening the other side of the body [[?] Same as Radio-Active directions for attachment? See 1800-24 Reports]. Do that, [4183], in this room. It will be necessary, if the solution weakens or is below two ohms, to recharge, see.
17. The assistance for the eyes, that is the lenses for the correction, see, will be changed about every six weeks, see, and again be changed again and again, you see, and the astigmatism, the trouble of the eyes, will be gradually
4183-1 Page 4
corrected with these.
18. We are through.
