1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. There are conditions through this body, that to the body have become normal. There are some conditions that are abnormal, that may be corrected within the physical. They have to do with the assimilation, and with the elimination through the system. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4189], we are speaking of:

2. In the blood supply, we find the ability of the blood to resist the inroads for the rebuilding in the system, by the tendency toward the quality of elements of the blood becoming deficient, and shows the effect it has in various portions of the body, and the effect is, the body loses in its vital force and ability to meet the needs for the moment. This is produced by improper assimilation of the foods taken to the system, which gives the correct incentives to supplying forces of the body. Hence we have reflexly builded in the system and the organs affected by this, the inability of some of the organs to eliminate correctly from the system, for we have the expression as of the system attempting to eliminate when the secretions are not secreted in the system, producing a drain then on the body, you see.

3. This gives this condition: The body does not feel fully recuperated from normal rest. But at times, has rather a dull feeling, not of a specific character, but a heavy dullness through the locomotary plexuses, achy across the arms and shoulders, a heaviness through the trunk portions of the body. Nothing tastes exactly right when eating.

4. Now, these conditions, we see, are from conditions existing, rather than from the effect being from the blood supply, see.

5. In the nervous system, we find the body well balanced, and the coordination between the systems - that is cerebrospinal and stomach - well balanced. The coordination between the stomach and the sensory nervous system, in so far as the physical has to do with the supplying of the necessary circulation to the organs of the sensory system,

with the depleted condition in the circulation, we find, the reflex to the organs themselves, rather than being an organic condition, save in some, the condition is of a general debilitation from improper elimination from the used forces in the system.

6. In the organs themselves, we find these conditions: Through the head and functioning of the brain forces, and its coordination and control over the physical, [we find conditions] are very good.

7. Through the organs in the sensory system, we find some specific, which are normal to the body. The correction to the general health will have its reflex action.

8. The throat, eyes, hearing, sense, taste, and lung forces are very good.

9. The heart action, with the depleted forces of the blood supply, is sometimes above normal in pressure, yet this is not organic.

10. The digestive tract, through the stomach, duodenum, pancreas, we find, there is poor assimilation at times. Some of the conditions there arise from the lack of correct consistency to the juices and fluids to the mouth itself, that is the teeth, has its effect on the fluids created. No organic condition, save in other functioning, save in the duodenum, the pyloric end of the stomach, showing the state in which foods enter through the pneumogastric nerves - when the body seems as if food can not be taken in the stomach. The liver and the hepatic circulation show the effect this condition has caused in this organ, not so much in its functioning as in the functioning of the emunctories. In that, we find the lobe to the left side, engorged, or presents a plethoric condition. At such times, which only come in cycles, the reflex from this produces the opposite effect in the kidneys, and the functioning when the lymphatics are over-charged, and the effects are shown in the action of the kidneys themselves.

11. The intestinal tract lacks throughout the vital force necessary to carry intestinal digestion. (All digestion is not done in the stomach itself, but assimilated through and by the proper functioning of the secretions.)

12. To give again the vital necessary to this body, take that into the system that gives the balance of forces necessary to regain vitality. This will be found through either of two processes, or some elements from either.

13. Take into the system, this, as one of them, this: Gum Camphor..................30 grains, Sulphate Morphia............1/2 grain,

4189-1 Page 3

Muriated Iron................20 grains. This would be well mixed; then made into twenty pellets. One would be taken each evening just before retiring.

14. Let more food be of the whole wheat grain, or rough, and cooked as gruel, see. (Bran and all)

15. Or use this with the same diet, or one, then the other: Those properties as found in Sanatogen, when taken with milk, warm from the animal heat rather than of artificial heat. That would be taken night and morning, teaspoonful heaping to 3/4 of a glass of the warm milk. Do that.

16. Specific exercises would be well, using especially those that will strengthen the abdomen, and give full, deep, breathing exercise for the lungs with it. See.

17. (Q) Should the body eat meats? (A) Not good for body; very little, if any.

18. (Q) Would it be well to drink milk? (A) Only that carrying animal heat, two glasses each day. Do as we have given and we will bring more vital force and more pep to the body.

19. We are through.
