1. LBC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before, you see.
3. Now, we find there are many changes that have taken place in the physical forces of this body since last we had same here, and while the the body showed some improvements under those portions of the conditions as were given being administered to in some of the ways and manners as outlined; yet we find thee are the evidences of some of those same conditions as were given in the first, causing distresses or troublesome conditions at times with the physical force of the body at present. With the changes, with the aging of conditions, some have become more deep-seated in the forces as have to do with the causing of conditions as related to the physical body.
4. These, then, are the conditions as we find at present, and these are conditions as are to be met, that the body may the more perfectly function and that the body physical may serve out those functionings and those purposes for which it has set itself, physically, mentally and spiritually, and by complying with those conditions necessary the better may the body function, and the better functioning will bring greater abilities for the body to supply those conditions as are to the body the essentials in the physical forces, and the mental and spiritual forces of a normal functioning individual.
5. In the physical forces then at present of this body, [4189] we are speaking of, we find these conditions are as present:
6. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we still find deficient in its ability to meet the needs of replenishing the system, and this in itself brings those resultant conditions that the body still suffers at times from that inaction of the elimination being thoroughly carried on in or through the

body. This disturbed circulation, then, in that eliminations are bad, creates conditions in the blood supply itself not wholly good, though the conditions existent may not be called that of a blood condition, for resultant conditions brought in the functioning organs of the system would belie this, as it were, as a truth, from the anatomical or pathological conditions; yet the seat of the condition still exists through the inability of coordination between the elimination and the assimilation through new blood supply, causing a lowness in the amount of lymph as created in the number of leucocyte, or the combative forces in the body, and not an excess of the red blood - though the pressure in heart's forces, though not an organic condition, still shows this disturbance.
7. IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, here we find a channel through which much good may be brought to both the nerve, the muscular and the blood supply of the system, for with the stimulation of centers throughout the cerebrospinal nerve system, and with the active forces set free in the blood stream, much may be added to the physical strength, and much more resistance may be builded in the physical forces of the body. Not that so many disturbances as to impingements or of subluxations exist, but of tautness and of inactivity along the centers by over-strain, cold, congestion, and those haematic conditions as have existed at times in the physical forces of this body, [4189].
8. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, these we find not organically disturbed, other than functional as would border on to disturbances, and these show most of their effect on the sympathetic nerve system, in those conditions created about the sensory organism through pressure created, as is seen in the auditory system, where roaring, troublesome conditions appear, more wax, as it were, than necessary in ear, fullness about the head - the eyes show the effect as of too much strain, the speaking apparatus, as it were, appears as harsh at times, inability to bring about perfect coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system, as the body finds a times apparently too hard to concentrate, troublesome conditions arise at times in that the sleep is not as restful as it should be, and that insomnia in a manner or way presents itself, and the body has to be thoroughly physically tired to bring about those correct reactions through this sense - which is an abnormal condition.
9. To meet the needs, then, of the physical conditions at the present time, we would apply a different condition for this body at present; for these, as we see, may be met, will
4189-2 Page 3
we but be persistent, consistent, in carrying out these forces for the body.
10. First, be careful and considerate of the diet. Let there be in the system plenty of water at all times, and be very careful about the water - let this be as near pure as the body may obtain - do not drink just any old water, or too much of that that is carrying too much lime; though silicon and iron, and sulphur, and such may be beneficial, will the diet be in conformity to same. Such water as that from Tate Spring would be good, or that of any chalybeate water would be good.
11. In the application of the diet, let at least one green vegetable be taken at EACH meal - for breakfast let fruits be taken. At the lunch lettuce, celery, or such, or carrots, or such as this. Evenings - may be any of those that carry more of the iron or of vegetable salts.
12. Then we would have at least thirty-six (36) manipulations, OSTEOPATHICALLY given. These to relax the system throughout, and at least ONCE each week - while these are being given - apply those of the Alpine or ultra Violet Ray to the body, principally along the spine, though much should be applied too across the body or abdomen, that the blood stream may be more VITALIZED and the nerve system more ACTIVE in its reflex action. Do that.
13. We are through for the present.
