1. LBC: You have before you [4192] of ... St., ..., O. Go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly, and tell us what is the matter with him, if anything.
2. EC: We have abnormal conditions, or the condition in the body by an abnormal condition produced in the system. As we have it at present, it has been of slow origin - a quick succession of happenings to the physical and mental man, bringing about the condition we have in the body at present. Especially in a form to the eyes and to the head.
3. The mental strain on to the system here is produced from the lack of nutriment supplying through that of the eliminating in the splenic forces on the system, as the condition of the mental force on the body, through the circulatory system. The anemic condition produced in that from the condition of the nervous system, acting on to that of the forces governed by that of the circulation through those of the capillaries. The supplying forces here from the 2nd cervical, 2nd dorsal, supplying the nutriment to the eyes in themselves, or lack of nutriment supplied from this force of ganglia here at this blood supply, is not sufficient to give to that of the eyes its proper force. The nervous condition of the system is produced by that lack of elimination through the spleen.
4. (Q) 1. What other conditions do you find? 2. What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions? (A) The present condition as we have through this body, in the whole make-up of the system, as it is now (Beginning now from the head and go down the spine) - to that of the nerve and muscular system in the body - at the 2nd cervical and 2nd dorsal, lesions produced in the muscular force there, of a muscular nature, in supplying the forces of the blood to the head, bringing about the condition we have had with the eyes. The nervous condition is produced through the whole body from over-taxation - a strain brought about from here, producing the condition as we have through that of the lymphatic circulation, non-supplying to that of the capillaries or feeding to the walls we have, through the power or force back to those, or rebuilding cells into these being eliminated or carried out, or thrown in the force to

the nervous system, as through that of the splenic force, producing the anemic condition as we have through the capillary circulation, the exterior or posterior portion of the body.
These forces through a sympathetic nature, of course - those through that of the hepatic circulation, or those of the liver and kidneys, through a sympathetic nature, or through that of the nervous system in itself proper in supplying these to the system, as we have in the body, having been more through that of a nervous condition brought on by loss of control of self.
To remove these conditions as we have in the system now, apply electrical force to the first and second cervical, and first and 2nd dorsal, first and second lumbar. Especially along the whole body, electrical force applied through that of static force. That into the system, which produces that of peptones to the system, or rebuilding of the blood cells proper.
5. (Q) Any other treatment. (A) This given properly will prove correct.
