1. EC: Now we find there are many conditions in this body (of the physical we are speaking) that may be changed, or corrected, to give the more vital forces of this physical body for development in the entity towards those elements of the physical and spiritual forces.
2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body. First:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this above the normal in pressure, more by the condition produced in the system by chewing tobacco than anything else, and this affects the glands of the salivary glands, and produces this over stimulation in the digestive tract. Hence the creation of more blood forces, and the excitement to the centers of blood flow nerve centers, and those conditions that bring about these creating of elements in the system to meet the needs. We would reduce the quantity, though not giving it up entirely at first, for we have that created in the system that must be over-come with temperance towards the condition. Also there is carried in the blood some of the streptococci bacilli, produced by the condition in the tonsils and in teeth. These need local attention, (the teeth) and a specific treatment for the condition in the tonsils, or throat, which affects the blood supply in the system, giving the dull, laggard, leadened feeling to the body, or as this: The body does not feel as if it had rested entirely when the physical should recuperate under sleep.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find those centers as have been increased in their taxation. That is, those of the gastric and pneumogastric centers, those of the second and third cervical. These are sympathetic, and cerebrospinal nerve ends, not the position in the spinal column, but rather those centers that are branches of the cerebrospinal, and come in conjunction with the nerves of the anterior portion of the body, both in sympathetic and cerebrospinal centers. These show engorged condition, and at times some inflammation in the perineurial sheath of each center.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces very good.

6. In the sensory organism we find some conditions to the eye, to the throat, that show how the action of circulation through nerve forces is affected affect these portions of the system. Hence over stimulation to these bring about a different condition, and do not assist in correcting condition, but must be reached through the seat of the trouble.
7. In the lungs very good. The bronchials some inflammation at times from the condition in throat, and in teeth and antrum.
8. In the heart action stimulated to meet the needs of circulation.
9. Digestive tract not giving proper digestion, yet nearly normal for the condition of the system in that of the nerve forces there, and the circulation as is forced through, but give distress to the body at times.
10. Liver and hepatic circulation very good, when we consider the pressure as is in the circulation through hepatics, though we have high hepatics.
11. The kidneys overtaxed. The bladder give some trouble at times, as pain is caused when urine is passed from the system. This is from inflammation internally, and may be removed by the relief of the condition in the intestinal tract and hepatic circulation.
12. R E L I E F, to give, then, the best to this system, to bring about the normal forces, we would, as we have given, reduce the quantity of stimulant as is taken through tobacco. We would give local treatment to teeth and throat. Afterwards, local treatment to molars, incisors, and to all those of the teeth, you see.
13. We would give this as a wash, or gargle, for throat and mouth. Equal parts of salt, bicarbonate of soda, and salts of tarter, with three times the quantity of water, and use this as a gargle and wash for the mouth and throat, at least twice each day, before retiring, and upon rising of a morning, before other properties are taken in the system, either water or food.
14. Drink plenty of water. Make the system assimilate more water, by giving the system water at specific times, and specific quantities. Make this regular, and routine.
15. Give specific exercises of mornings of the arms, head, neck, and the trunk portion of the body, by bending and stooping. This must be taken regularly, consistently. Not too much, but sufficient to give the proper exercise for the whole system.
16. Do this. We will find in a very short time we will

bring better conditions to this whole body, [4212].
