Time of Reading 6:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [4243]. Now, we find there has been for some time a complication of disorders in the physical forces of the body. These have to do with the heart's action, the general debilitation as has existed, and with the assimilating forces of the body.

2. In the general changes that are coming about in the physical forces of the body in the present, these - as we find - would be well; for these changes - the change in climatic condition, the change in the pressure as will be created for the system - these would bring about a better condition. These have been planned for the applications for the physical forces of the body. These should be met in the way and manner as has been outlined, or being planned for same. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Is a trip to Clifton Springs Sanitarium practical in her present condition? (A) Just as given, these have been planned, and these will be well. There will be the necessity that those precautions be taken as respecting the sudden changes and the effects that same will have, but these - as we find - would be well for the body.

4. (Q) What is the cause of her ill health? (A) That debilitation as has been given as the effect from the assimilation, the heart's action, and the effect on the system BY the debilitation.

5. (Q) What should be done to relieve her? (A) These have already been planned. Follow out these. They will find it will be necessary for the stimuli for the heart's action, and these will be better - that is, for the fainting, for the weakness of the pulsations, etc. These will be best followed out along the lines that have been planned. Were we to change the things, these will all be unnecessary.

6. (Q) Is there anything else to say regarding this body? (A) As we will find, it will be necessary for those

stimulations for the whole general system, as well as those applications as will be received through those in the sanitarium here.

7. GC: That is all.

8. We are through for the present.
