Time of Reading 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4246], present in this room.

2. Now, as we find, while there are disturbing conditions in the physical functioning of the body, these taken in time may be corrected in such a manner as to prevent after distresses, as well as correcting conditions in such a manner that the body may function the more near normal throughout.

3. As we find, conditions involve the functioning of organs. These, as we find, are aided or abetted most through the disturbance in the nervous system; yet the body itself would not call itself an over nervous body. As will be seen from the conditions, however, these are the primary causes for disturbances, where there are pressures that do produce disturbance in the organs of the pelvis and the glands in same, as well as the organs of the sensory system - which are the greater involved in the causes, though effects are shown in other portions of the system.

4. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [4246] we are speaking of, present in this room.

5. In the BLOOD supply, this we find at times shows the effects of the distresses and the nature of the conditions that have existed in the system, as to produce those activities in the system as to allow the various portions of the body to become in such position as to allow, as it were, separations. These conditions are shown from the effect in the pelvis, or the organs where the hernia shows for an effect in the muscular forces. This is from the lack, as given, of proper coagulation being produced in the system at all times. This makes for, then, a change in the blood pressure, and - as we will see from nervous conditions.

6. In the NERVE system itself proper we find in the lower lumbar and in the central dorsal system those conditions where there has been an impairment to the muscular forces,

4246-1 Page 2

that makes for the tautness about the abdomen and to the glands of the system. These cause those reactions that are as laxness in the contracting of the muscular forces, produced by a pressure that exists there. Sympathetically (and one that makes for the more poisons in system), we find that in the upper cervical and the upper dorsal which allows those membranes of the soft tissue in face and head to become affected, by the pressure produced in this circulation that is impaired at times through the body by these pressures; and this makes for toxic forces that are carried in the system, causing then to the head and neck the effects as of dull pains at times, feeling of dryness through the mouth - especially in the back portion of same; also that tendency of mornings to feel a fullness, even after some foods have been taken; and a tendency of trembling sensations in portions of the body. These are conditions that need local attentions.

7. In throat, bronchials, larynx, lungs - these organs show the effects this disturbance in the nervous system, that produces taxations in the upper portions of the body, allowing the lymph that should be carried to become, as it were, an overflow to other portions of the body, with not sufficient to carry on through the soft tissue, or the antrum, and the muco-membranes in head, nasal cavity, and other portions of the system; making for a poor digestion at times, as the salivary glands become lax in the amount of the necessary supply from the system; yet the external forces - as in the lachrymal ducts, at times these tend to overflow, for the irritation is produced to the facial or frontal portion of the body, in the system attempting to adjust itself, producing a burning at times for the eyes, especially if used under an over amount of light - or strained under a lesser amount than necessary for the proper focusing of vision. This produces an irritation.

8. In the lungs themselves, good.

9. Heart's action shows the effect of the change in circulation and toxic forces that are created or carried through, from that in the poor circulation in the soft tissues of the face and head.

10. In the liver, and the activity of the excretory system - through the nervous conditions, and those that make for the folds in the abdominal region, where those pressures at times have been abnormal, and producing an area of distress - these are near normal in their present conditions and taxations; for when the body is off the feet and rests - without too much worry mentally - the whole general system relaxes better. As we find through the activity of the

4246-1 Page 3

conditions in the liver and kidneys, these make for a stress upon the system in attempting to eliminate properly the toxic forces that are in excess at times, through those conditions in the nervous system and in the muco-membranes, and the activities both through the head and the torso or the trunk portion of the system. These, as we find, may be aided in their activity without the use of knife; not so much medicines taken internally as the proper character of diet, the proper character of activity, and the proper manipulations that will make for adjustments in the cerebrospinal system, and making for the activities in the muscular forces about the abdomen as to make for proper contractions - without the use of the knife! If these are NOT produced, it would be necessary for operative measures to overcome these, but for this body it would be very detrimental.

11. As to the activities through the hepatic circulation - that is, the liver and kidneys - these make for at times a pressure in the glands, that causes heaviness in the feet, limbs, and groins. These are sympathetic, rather than organic conditions. The hepatic circulation attempting to adjust itself.

12. Drink plenty of water at all times, and it will be well at this time for there to be added small quantities of lithia in the water taken; which would make for a cleansing of the ducts that function through the kidneys, in the Adrenal glands especially. This will aid in clarifying the condition.

13. It would be well also that there be worn a support about the body at times, to prevent the dilations in portions of the organs that become distorted or distended at times, until there has been sufficient of the massage and manipulation to strengthen the muscular forces as to keep in position those portions of the abdomen and body that hold for the activities of the system.

14. To make for corrections, then, for this body [4246], we would outline as this - first:

15. For at least a period of five to six weeks there should not be an excess of activity on the feet, nor of the mental reactions. Not that the body mentally isn't well balanced, but that the reactions through the nervous system may make for an even readjustment to the system as the circulation attempts to adjust itself.

16. We would begin with manipulations in the form more of the Swedish massage, that will strengthen the muscular forces of the cerebrospinal nervous system, from the base of the brain to the end of the spine; though, in the

4246-1 Page 4

manipulation we would reverse the order - beginning at the lower portion of the limbs themselves, even, and working TOWARD the central portion of the body, or to the solar plexus area; beginning at the tips of the fingers and working towards the central portion of the body; so that we may make for the proper adjustment externally and internally, as well as strengthen the activity of the muscular forces for the system.

17. For a local application for the nasal cavities, and at times - if necessary - for the antrums of the face, we would use a preparation made as this:

18. Take 10 full minims of Icthyol. Cut this in twice the quantity of grain alcohol; cut as it is dropped in same. After well cut in same, reduce this again by the addition - drop by drop, as it is worked together - of distilled water, until it is sufficiently thinned into a weakened solution - which would be twice the quantity, then, or - as would be - at least 100 drops of the distilled water. This, then, may be used in an atomizer, or spray, for the antrum and for the nasal cavities. These act not so much as medicinal properties as they do for the cleansing, and making for HEALING forces that is allowed by nature itself, WITH the increasing of the circulation through all portions of the system by the manipulations that would be made for the general activities of system.

19. In the matter of diet, as we find, this will be the principal activity for the body - and this is an outline, though it may be altered to suit those tastes of the body:

20. Mornings - preferably citrous fruits, though it may be altered with fresh fruits that are used with the various cereals carrying an extraordinary amount of vitamins - as Vitamin E, Vitamin D. Vitamin E, especially, will act with the REGENERATIVE forces of the system.

21. Noons - these meals should consist rather of the green vegetables, that are raw in nature. This may be followed with soup, or of such natures that are of vegetables or meats, but no meats either in the morning or the noon meals.

22. Evenings - with the fresh vegetables that are well cooked there may be taken meats, that are not of the red meat nor too much of the fats of same. Fish and the like may be a portion of the diet occasionally, but so ALTER the diet that there may be a well rounded activity. Not too much sweets, for we will make for strains upon the activity of the hepatic circulation, under these manipulations and laxness of activities in the system.

23. These, then, will carry the replenishing and rebuilding of the system in such a nature and manner that in five to

4246-1 Page 5

six weeks we should find a near normal body for [4246].

24. Ready for questions.

25. (Q) What is the condition now of the organ impaired? (A) Near normal in its position and in its enlargement, that has existed - is not so much as has been.

26. (Q) Has this organ been impaired by foreign substances? (A) Not to such an extent that it may not be aided in the manner as has been outlined.

27. (Q) Of what nature or character are these substances? (A) The forces that come from activities of too much toxic poisons in the system. Follow the outline that we have given, and we will find these will make for a much nearer normal - and a more active body, mentally, physically.

28. (Q) How often should the massage be given? (A) At least every other day.

29. (Q) How often should the spray be used? (A) Every third day, at least - oftener if irritation arises more from these conditions.

30. (Q) What is the throat or tonsil condition? (A) With the use of the spray, that will act as an antiseptic and remove those pressures, these - as we find - will become near to their normal activity.

31. (Q) What is the condition of the teeth and gums? (A) From toxic forces or poisons that come from accumulations, there are irritations. These will disappear with the use of this spray, in this way and manner, for the muco-membranes of the head, neck and throat - see?

32. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File [GD's note: He seemed very pleased with the length and details of the reading.]
