1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. Now, we find the body very good in many respects. There are those physical conditions that would bring distress later on, were they allowed to remain as they are at the present time. Those conditions give dis-ease at times to portions of the functioning organisms at present, but these remaining would become organic conditions, with the functioning system attempting to create an equilibrium in the system.
4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them in this body. First:
5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in this we find the white blood predominant, on account of those incentives as are created in portions of the system, and on account, also, of that as is being attempted to be eliminated or rejected by the system in the blood stream. These two conditions, then, create the unbalanced condition as is seen in the elemental forces of assimilation.
6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find many derangements - some that are perceptible to the physical conditions of the body - others that bring about improper incentives in the distribution of the portions of system acting as rebuilding in the body. In the specific centers, we find in the solar plexus center, and in the 4th dorsal center - in these reflections or incentives we find that as disturbs the digestive system, especially in the right portion of the body, and affects directly that condition wherein the overloading of the system causes distress, through the poor action of liver and of that portion of the digestive system. In the upper centers, these we find give that deflection to the circulation as is given off through the aorta action in

the pulmonaries proper. Hence the seat of the internal circulation is unbalanced by this deflection.
7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS PROPER, all of the system suffers more or less, depending upon the cycle of its activity and the incentives by the digestive and assimilating system. Hence the dullness, and the inability of the body to throw off conditions when these conditions of distress appear. Not that the body is always in distress, yet so often, unexpectedly, this condition arises. The irritation to the capillary circulation giving distress - something to ease this gives distress, through the digestive system. Through this we have an over activity of the elimination, with further decrease in assimilation. The unbalanced condition, then, as produced by subligations in the cerebrospinal system, affecting the central portion of internal circulation, and reflexly affecting the capillary circulation, with hindrances to assimilation and digestive system.
8. Then, to overcome these conditions, we would, through the application of those forces in the deep manipulation, osteopathically given, with adjustments of the condition in the 10th, 11th dorsal, and the 4th and 5th dorsal, relieve the strain - taking, after this has been begun for at least ten treatments, these properties, internally, to correct the digestive system: To 1/2 gallon of rain water, add 6 ounces of ragweed. Reduce this by simmering (not boiling) to 1/2 the quantity. Add to this: Senna................1 grain, Podophyllum........1/2 grain, Elixir Calasaya....1/2 ounce, Alcohol (grain)......2 ounces, Balsam of Tolu.......2 drams.
9. Cut this in the alcohol. Shake this solution together, and the dose would be teaspoonful twice each day. This taken, we will find, will produce the normal conditions for this body. Do that.
10. We are through for the present.
