1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Many changes have come about in the physical forces of the body. Most, or all of these are bettered, and show the result of those conditions as have been administered for same. We would, however, be more persistent with the use of the inhalant [See 4261-1], and the exercise may now be taken by the body itself - morning and evening. This may be taken just when the body is ready to retire. The head and neck exercises. At least five times to each side, and front and back, with the circular motion both ways at least ten times. Then manipulate or pull the ears upward and back - close to the head - at least five times - see? morning and evening - manipulating across the nose and down the antrum region, through the face and back to the ear, so that the Eustachian tube is at least exercised from the upper portion. That's why the ears are pulled, you see - and come down the neck from the face - under the eyes and down to the ear and down the neck - massaging with the hand, at least three minutes morning and evening. This may be done by self.
2. Be mindful of the eliminations of the body. Get plenty of the outdoor exercises, and do not over eat. Eat consistently with that being attempted for the system to bring proper eliminations by absorption in the system. Hence we must not allow foods or digestion to be below normal, or eliminations below normal.
3. Beware of getting the feet or shoulders wet from rain and from drafts. Perspire freely by exercise, but do not allow self to cool off too soon after such exercise. Use discretion, but be persistent and consistent, and we will find these conditions will disappear. Ready for questions. (After pause) We are through for the present.
