1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find this body is very good throughout. There are some general conditions affecting the elimination in the system that brings the general debility to some of the functioning organs of portions of the body, hence we have the reflex condition affecting the nervous systems, and to rid the body of the abnormal forces, the general system must be taken into consideration. Now, there are conditions as we find here in this body at present, though some of the conditions producing this are not in the relative position to do what they have been doing in the system.

2. In the blood forces, we find, there is a depletion in the eliminating properties of the blood. That is, there is not sufficient ozone eliminated in the oxygen as carried through properties in the red blood, and the leucocytes in their coagulating forces produce a taxation to the centers that affects some centers that govern the nervous systems, especially in making coordination between the sensory organism, the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal so the reflex condition comes as a sympathetic condition in the body, as we find the effect to the body in the sensory organism. So we have in the second dorsal and the second and first cervical something of a lesion, preventing proper elimination from the sensory organism, especially to the eyes, hence we have in the organ itself the improper circulation, and we produce then to the retina the reflexes of the conditions as produced by improper coagulation, as we have given here, see, that leaving then the used forces that produce the improper vibration to the optic nerve itself, the seat of the trouble being with nerve forces in conjunction with the circulation, depleted. - Inertia of the functioning of the eliminating organs of the body, the lymphatics, with the emunctories being involved.

3. The nerve strain from the condition existing in the body produces, at times, to those portions of the head the distress of the nervous system acting reflexly to the sensory system [word(s) missing], hence becoming the expression to physical forces.

4. The functioning of the organs of the system itself, we find, there has been, in time back, some trouble with the organs of the throat. We find a reflex in the organs of the pelvis.

5. We see the digestive tract shows the condition of the blood supply and through the blood forces of the pneumogastric gives expression or manifests, to digestive forces. There are times, when, with overtaxed nerve forces the system, or organ itself, easily fills. There is low hepatic circulation. There is some disturbance, at times, through the digestive force of the intestinal system. At such times we have a reflex to the ilium and sacral plexus.

6. To give the relief to the body would be, first for the general condition, and to produce the perfect coordination and the perfect elimination through the system. This will be to give those properties to the body that would produce the balance or the incentives to eliminating forces to give the body more resistance force to create new cellular force to the blood supply, and by the exercise of those muscular forces that govern the sensory organism involved so the stimulation through absorption, through its physical forces, will come to its normal state. The mind must work in conjunction with those.

7. It would be well for the body to make or force itself to a methodical manner of suggestion to its own individuality, to an expression of its personality.

8. Those properties taken into the system would be these: To one gallon of distilled or rain water we would add: Yellow Dock Root.............2 ounces, Burdock root.................2 ounces, Black Snake Root.............2 ounces, Yellow Root..................2 ounces, Elder Flower.................4 ounces.

9. This would be reduced by simmering, NOT BOILING, to one quart. Strain, and while warm, add: Cane Sugar, first dissolved in warm water.............4 ounces, Grain Alcohol................6 ounces, with Balsam of Tolu...............2 ounces, dissolved in it.

10. The dose would be two teaspoonsful three times each day, about one-half hour before meals.

11. The exercise for the body: Those of the head and neck, a circling and side. And those of the shoulders, above the brachial plexus. Do that.

12. (Q) What effect will this treatment have on the eyes?

(A) Just given it. It is for this condition that all of the treatment is given. We must get at the seat of the trouble if we treat for that which finds its expression in an individual organ of the system. Do as we have given.
