1. GC: You will answer all questions I shall ask you relative to this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.
3. (Q) You will give the fruit and vegetable diet for this body, telling how they should be prepared. (A) The fruit diet best for this body should be grapefruit of mornings with cereals, oatmeal strained, well-cooked, prepared with beet sugar and with sufficient cream to make it palatable for the body. Baked apples, none raw. Potatoes, Irish potatoes, prepared with the jackets on. Best that these be boiled and then prepared with as much of the Cayenne pepper (no black pepper) as the body can take, with butter and Cayenne and eaten in that manner. All cereals and fruits above ground. Whole wheat prepared with the thoroughly cleansed, full grain, rolled (in dry form) and prepared by the same manner as would be oatmeals, this prepared with small quantity of salt, butter, cream and beet sugar. No bananas or lemons at the present time. Small quantities of lemonade may be taken, sweetened, however, with beet sugar. Use the essence of meats for the body, but very little of any of the flesh itself. Chicken broth, or wild game broths, are excellent, and beef juices. These may be used in moderation. Fermentations take place in the stomach from the overtaxed condition in those properties that ferment in the stomach, for the system has been so treated as not to be able as yet to digest too much acids. Pears, well ripened, but none that are too green. These are all good for this body, [4281].
Fish may be used, but without the greases. Either that broiled in butter, or boiled or baked, and the seasoning of same should always have as much of the Cayenne peppers as the body can well take. No other spices. Well that the whole wheat gruel be given at least every other day, and make the whole meal from such gruel at least every other day, at least one meal every other day. This is fresh whole

wheat, rolled or crushed and prepared as given.
4. (Q) You will tell why there is so much fermentation. (A) The condition in the duodenum and in pancreas produces this. This is the reason why these conditions arise. For this best to use Bi-So-Dol, and give high enemas.
5. (Q) How much sugar should the body have daily? (A) Beet sugar used. Four ounces may be given, but not at once, but spread over the whole day's meals.
6. (Q) How much Bi-So-Dol should be given at a time? (A) That sufficient to meet the needs, as has been given the body. This has been used, you see.
With the well balanced of the properties given, we will find the body will-develop normally, sufficiently, for these properties carry the elements necessary to bring a well balanced condition in the body, [4281].
