This, as we see, the taxation producing temperature, comes from the digestive system. 3. The properties as have been taken in the system should be reduced in quantity, yet the intestinal antiseptic should be given at times to the system, see? that of Glyco-Thymoline, see? three to five drops in water, three to five times each week, see? When occasions arise that the foods do not digest properly, then increase this amount. The olive oils should be given occasionally to the body, so that intestinal tract is kept in the best of condition, see? This also acts as a food value to the system, when there is not so much given as to become rancid in the system, or overtaxing system too much with same.

4. As for the tonics, the codliver oil would be well, provided that character is used that carries the stimulation to the circulation as well as the fat building properties to the entire assimilating system, see?

7. The cereals - grape nuts, or that that will be hard for the system to prepare by chewing is the better for the body.

8. In fruits, any that agree with the body may be given, see, for this will be found necessary to change these to meet the needs of the system. Using the precautions with the intestinal tract, with the cleansers and antiseptics.

9. Honey and corn bread (that is SCALDED ONLY, see?) in small quantities may be given the body occasionally. Never any too great amount, see? The changes that come to the body must be watched after, stimulating osteopathically the lacteal ducts and glands in lower portion of system, also the chyle ducts. Do that. We will bring the better, the more normal conditions to this body, [4281].
