Time of Reading 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ga. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes - this body, [4281], we have had before. The body is in very good condition. Kept much in the same line as has been outlined would be well for the body. Developing, both mentally and physically - and very good. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) Should she go to Public school all winter? and should she take music now? (A) Both.
3. (Q) What can be done to relieve the asthmatic condition? (A) Relieve that pressure as is produced in the 3rd and 4th dorsal region. This will relieve the condition. Also use the inhalant, which would be in this proportion: Do not use this other than when there is cold or congestion. Remove it preferably by removal of the pressure, osteopathically, in this region, so we change the blood supply to it. But when necessary, use the inhalant, in this proportion and quantity:
To 4 ounce of pure grain alcohol, add:
Eucalyptol.........................20 minims, Rectified Creosote..................5 minims, Benzoin.............................5 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp...............5 minims, Canadian Balsam, or Balsam of Fir...5 minims, Tincture of Tolu in Solution......1/2 ounce.
Keep in a container twice the size of the quantity, with a glass corked container. Do not shake solution other than when ready to be inhaled. Inhale both through nostril and through the mouth, into the lung. This will relieve the tendency to cough; also the asthmatic effect in the bronchials, see?
4. (Q) Is she absorbing pus from tonsils or adenoids? (A) Neither.
5. (Q) Describe condition of physical body and advise -

(A) (Interrupting) Which is good, as has been outlined - and only keep up those things as given, and these changes for the body - relieving this pressure as is seen in the upper dorsal region, as outlined.
6. (Q) What will increase her appetite for vegetables? What vegetables now? (A) Do not be over anxious about these. Set these before the body. Have these in the right proportions and quantities for the system, as has been given from time to time, and when the body REQUIRES, they will be eaten and taken by the body. Those vegetables as produce fat and BUILDING material. Keep, too, away from too much sweets. These will irritate the expression manifested in the upper central blood and nerve supply.
7. (Q) What will decrease her craving for sweets in sugar and candy? (A) Keep them away from the body and supply rather those of chicle or of tolu.
8. (Q) Should she eat bananas now, raw or cooked? (A) OCCASIONALLY these may be taken, RAW. Let them be well ripened though. All fruits as have been outlined, save apples - though apples of certain varieties, as has been given, may be used for the body. Follow those general outlines as have been given. We are through for the present.
