1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find there are many abnormal conditions in this body both of a functional and some organic conditions, though more of this is produced by the functional condition than by purely organic troubles.
2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body here, [4294] we are speaking of. The blood supply in the system, we find is carrying the effects of conditions or forces given to assist the body when they have become rather a disadvantage than of assistance for they have so over-charged the elemental forces in the emunctory circulation as to give a plethoric condition to the veins in their attempt to carry the blood back to the trunk portions of the body. We have then a condition arising in the system that is a constitutional condition arising from the action of other forces than those necessary to bring the best action to the organs of the body. They produce their effect from the conditions in that the action of the liver and kidneys become involved at times. In the nervous system the action of the condition as produced in the second lumbar ganglion is shown with, and in the condition as exist in the whole nervous system, but these conditions are extraordinary vibrations that come to the body at times, they being produced from this condition and producing an over-amount of blood flow to the brain itself, choking, for the time being, the action between the upper and lower brain centers, themselves, that is, the cerebellum and the frontal brain. This ganglion, we find, had broken tissue, that by natural inception of forces through and about its tentacles sufficient nutriment to produce a growth that when it becomes over-charged produces this condition. Those conditions of the various organs affected by these conditions give only the expression of these conditions in the system. The body fails in its ability by being debilitated by this condition to produce perfect coagulation as is shown in the body at present. We may, by proper treatment to this body, bring a great deal of relief to this cell condition in this body.
3. We would apply to the condition existing in the cuticle, this lotion made of equal parts of elder leaves reduced by

boiling, and of plantain leaves with the elder leaves, when cooled and made to a jelly formation by the addition of the oil obtained from butter fat without salt, to be sure, by giving into the system this to give the best incentive to the action of the organs, themselves: To one gallon of distilled or rain water, we would add six ounces of Sarsaparilla root, two ounces of Black Haw bark, two ounces of Yellow Dock root, two ounces of Black Snake root, reduce by simmering not boiling to one quart, strain while warm, add four ounces of grain alcohol with three drams of Balsam of Peru. We would also make a tea rather strong of Yellow Saffron. The dose of these, we would take together though not mixed until taken into the system, teaspoonful four times each day, thirty minutes before meals, and at bed time. Remove, by manipulation, the condition existing at the 4th lumbar. Keep these up until we have corrected the condition in this body, and we will have the body at very near its full normal condition again. Do that. We are through.
