1. EC: Now we find the abnormal conditions for this body have to do with the circulation, especially in reference to that of the hepatics, and the effect this circulation produces on the heart's action, rather than that of organic heart condition. Now these are conditions as we have them in this body, [4301].
2. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, first, we find in the blood supply there is a lack of the blood force sufficient to give the full developing in the physical of the body, for we see the body is still growing, and a change is apparent in the cycles of development throughout the system at the present time. Especially does this lack show in the way the spleen and pancreas and liver affect the nerves of the pneumogastric and hypogastric centers. Hence the overflow at times of the blood in heart to give the sufficient to the organs of the torso of the system; rather this condition than that of organic condition, though same may be produced unless the condition is reversed through these organs thus affected; and we would in that case have organic or valvular or leakage heart, that would be produced from the hypogastric center effect upon the pneumogastric and cardiac forces. In the quantity, as we have given, it is deficient in red and white blood supply.
3. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find the body super-sensitive, some centers in cerebrospinal system becoming engorged attempting to meet this muscular force that creates the internal flow, both from liver and heart, lung in heart, heart to liver, heart to lungs, or through these larger arteries as it is carried there, and in this organ itself of the hypogastric center.
4. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS THEMSELVES, they are normal for the condition, save that of the digestion which we produce with the overloading of the digestive tract; this smothering sensation that comes at times and, with this, this reaction to nerves, muscles and organs of this portion of the body.
5. RELIEF, to give the relief necessary to this body we

would not overtax the body, either physically or mentally, but rather have that of an organized action of physical and mental forces through specific training of each muscle and nerve of the body to give the correct elasticity to all portions of the body. That is, sufficient exercise of specific nature to keep these in attune without over taxation. Not overtaxing the mental, for with that we increase the condition in the spleen, but take in the system this: To one gallon of rain water, we would add:
Dogwood Bark..................2 ounces, Prickly Ash Bark..............2 ounces, Yellow Root...................2 ounces, Sassafras Root................2 ounces, Yellow Dock Root..............2 ounces, Elder Flower..................1 ounce.
6. Reduce this by simmering (not boiling) to one quart. Strain while warm and add 4 ounces of grain alcohol with 3 drams of Balsam of Tolu cut in it. The actions of these are to perform the functioning of the digestive tract, the liver, the spleen, the pancreas, to their normal condition, by their reaction of this within the system itself. Keep these in a persistent and consistent manner within the system. Dosage of these would be teaspoonful before each meal. Be sure the meals are eaten, not overloading the stomach, but rather those of whole wheat, crushed, made as a gruel. Meats only of wild game and fish: and keep the intestinal tract open, active, by simple cathartics. Not those that would strain, but when necessary use simple soda, or phosphate of soda, with one to three drops of Syrup of Sarsaparilla. Do that, [4301].
