1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce you are going to sleep. (Pause) Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep, and all of the organs of your body will function properly. You will hear me, and please answer all of my questions. You have before you tonight the body of [4321], who is present in this room. Now, Mr. Cayce, tell me the physical and mental ailments that you will find within this body that you have before you, and if an operation is necessary please tell me, and, if not, tell me what will relieve the conditions within this body which you have before you, [4321] present in this room.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions as we find in this body have to do with the functioning of the organs and their relation to the circulation and the condition produced therein also, and the nerve force and its relation to the muscular condition in the body. Now, these are conditions as we find in this body, [4321] we are speaking of, here in this room. In the blood force we find the body good, save at times there is taken into the circulation some of the poisons from the system through the hepatic circulation. Hence, the condition that exists through the intestinal tract and the digestive organs, especially the functioning of the liver itself, which causes the reflex conditions that we have through these portions of the body causing the dead, tired feeling that comes to the body, the feeling of weight, as it were, to the whole trunk portion, and especially to the lower limbs, when we have the reaction of the circulation as from the opposite pole through the functioning of the organs or that or the kidneys themselves. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

3. The kidneys and the liver act as poles within the body itself. The functioning of one depends upon the positive or negative force the other has within the system at the time of the secretions from there to be taken from the system, and the effect of this on the system as they are being eliminated. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

4. As reflex conditions appear through the action of the nerve forces that govern these conditions in the system and from the condition - that is, of the basilar that is absorbed or taken up by the blood itself, as much through these conditions in the hepatic circulation when the congestion or as the congestion occurs in the system. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

5. The body does not suffer from this at all times, else the toxins would show to the lymphatic capillary circulation, which it does not in this condition here; yet we do have reflexes from these same toxins. At times they produce an irritation through nerve forces to the through [throat] and larynx here, you see? FEM: Yes, sir.

6. So that this shows a reaction of an extra amount or flow of blood to these portions of the body when this condition exists or becomes apparent in the system. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

7. In the nerve forces we find the refractory action of nerve condition, that is reflex forces produce the condition we find through the nerves. At times the body becomes as it were - well, it cannot hold itself together if something don't happen. See? FEM: I see.

8. These are refractory forces that have applied and the organs have become involved at the time this is absorbed from the system through the circulation. The blood is not over-charged with these at the present time. The number of red blood corpuscles are sufficient to care for the condition and the rebuilding forces in the system. The number of white are balanced with the system, and so they are functioning properly within the system, yet they become of numerous numbers at times and draw on the system when they do. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

9. This has been shown as through the condition that existed through the intestinal tract or the whole viscera itself, showing the action of the lymphatic forces as expressed and through the mucus as being created to function through the system itself. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

4321-1 Page 3

10. This is the cause of the condition that we find through the intestinal tract. We find that we have at times an intestinal indigestion produced from this condition. Food lying too long within the system without being acted on by the proper forces or proper juices being created by the pancreas and the liver forces. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

11. We have not reached the stage where they react or come back to the force or body itself from the functioning of these, yet we find the reflex from this has produced intestinal intoxication. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

12. The reaction in the system to the nerve force comes through the ganglion from the second dorsal and from the second lumbar vertebra. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

13. There we will find by manipulation or massage of these centers, the reaction or the soreness to these portions of the body. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

14. Then through the action of the pneumogastric when these conditions exist or are shown in the system we find the action that comes to the sensory nervous system through this reflex condition to the pulmonary, that is, the congestion that appears easily - the body takes a cold easily at times when these have appeared in the system. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

15. Then the reaction comes then to the mucus, of course, - of all of the sensory organism; that is, the eyes easily water; the nose is easy to produce mucus that passes. The throat throws off some of this. Nature acting in its regular channel to eliminate from the system and the leukocytes called on to furnish or it will supply the mucus or the force to throw off from the system this condition exhibited or shown in the body. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

16. The functioning of the organs themselves, that is, organ conditions existing, we find very good. To alleviate or to produce a perfectly normal condition in this body we would take the intestinal properties that would balance the system and create in the body that which would give the proper

incentive to all of the mucus coats of the intestinal tract, that which will keep out the toxins from the system, eliminate these and produce the proper secretions to be thrown into the system itself. We would take this into the body: Senna...................2 grains, Yellow Saffron..........1 grain, Licorice Compound.......1 grain. This would be a dose. We would make this into fifteen, to be taken into the system. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

17. They would be taken one each evening. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

18. Until we have the system thoroughly cleansed. Keep plenty of water at all times in the system. Drink more water than the body has been accustomed to, you see, heretofore? FEM: Yes, sir.

19. Then should be the exercises to the body to strengthen the conditions about the pelvic organs here so that with the relaxation of these forces all of the pelvic organs and the functions of those will become intact. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

20. And those that will give exercise to the upper portion of the body, the arms, neck and head. See? FEM: I see.

21. The bending exercises for the body, the stooping exercises for the hips here and all of the organic organs of the pelvis itself. Do this if we would bring and keep perfect equilibrium in this body here.

22. (Q) Mr. Cayce, you speak of the stooping position. What do you mean by that? (A) Mr. Cayce, you speak of the stooping position. What do you mean by that? I mean a stooping position, stooping so that the legs bend, you see, here. FEM: Yes, sir. EC: Give the exercise to this portion of the body. The bending position is for the arms and for the upper portion of the body. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

4321-1 Page 5

EC: Just as we would have the setting up exercise, as it would be termed from the military standpoint. Do this and we will bring the perfect balance to this body here. [4321].

23. We are through.

24. (Q) Mr. Cayce, [4321] wants you to tell her whether the operation she has had was necessary, or not. Please do this for me. (Q) Mr. Cayce, [4321] wants to know whether the operation she has had was necessary, or not. Please do this for me. We have the body here. We are through.

25. (Q) Mr. Cayce. (A) Mr. Cayce.

26. (Q) Mrs. [4321] is quite anxious to know whether or not the operation is necessary or not. You will please tell us. (A) Mrs. [4321] is quite anxious to know whether or not the operation is necessary or not. Please tell us. We are through.

27. Now, Mr. Cayce, you will forget all about this reading that you have given. You are feeling all right and all of the organs of your body function properly. You are feeling good. Now wake up in two minutes just feeling fine and all right.
