1. EC: Now, we find there are some abnormal conditions in this body. Though we find the body very good, yet we find one where the vitality in the system in some manners and ways has reached a low ebb. The whole system then has become involved, while there are specific conditions to be met, care in giving or doing for the system, that it may receive the correct incentive that the equilibrium throughout the system may be kept and not one portion of the physical organism developed to the expense or at the expense of another portion, with the condition as exists. Now, the present conditions involve much of the functioning of the organs and assimilation and eliminations in the system.

2. Now, these then are conditions in the system in a general and a specific condition to be met, [4353], we are speaking of. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this has been taxed considerably beyond its ability to supply the vitality necessary to meet the needs of the system, with the physical using the body to excess as it has, and with the depleted condition portions of the system, functioning organs controlling blood supply, becoming overtaxed fall or come under the strain of specific conditions in the body. Both red and white blood supply below normal. Pressure subnormal. Heart pulsation above normal. The supply in leucocyte and in tissue, created by this coagulation in system, above normal at times to meet the needs of the body.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, all have been kept under strain and taxation both from the mental and from the physical standpoint, so that the resistance necessary in mental contributions to physical developments has been below the normal, and the body has burned up much mental and much of the physical energy in nerve system, and all centers have been and are either taut or very much relaxed. That is, the body becomes, as it were, extremes in either direction, varying according to the system's cycle of the processes in

physical developments.

5. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain force very good.

6. Organs of the sensory organism taxed much at times.

7. Throat, lungs and larynx show how the excess of used forces enact in the tissue, and the mucous coating of the organs affected by conditions in a depleted physical body. Hence the attacks, as it were, of catarrhal condition in all or any from time to time as the change of these portions of the body, and the roughness is caused in lung proper more from this kind than of a condition of broken cell.

8. In the stomach the same conditions exist, and the body finds that the desire for foods and the digestion is rather a spasmodic condition than normal condition in system. That is, there are times when things should, from all reason apparent, agree with the system when it doesn't, and again when they should seem to disagree they function normal, depending, as we have given, on mental processes in developing physical conditions, and with cycle converse in the physical body here.

9. Other portions of the body coming under these strains of blood supply, pulmonary condition, subnormal heart, subnormal or abnormal digestion, many of the organs then of elimination and assimilation, or all, suffer in their turn in the process of digestion and of assimilation and elimination. Hence dull, tired feelings that come to the body often, and with an excess at others of feeling the exhilaration abnormal to the body.

10. RELIEF: Then to bring the normal to this system, it would be well were the body changed from present surroundings, or it may be curtailed and the condition brought normal in present surroundings, depending upon the mental attitude the body assumes toward self and the conditions to be met. Use this as a precaution and take care that the body is not unduly exposed to fatigue, mental or physical.

11. As to the diet, much of nut fats and meats of the essence of beef, without the meat itself, either blood in its fresh state or the juices of meats, without the meat, using as an inhalant this:

12. Pure apple brandy, kept in wood container, and the container larger than the quantity put in (that is, to a three gallon container add one gallon of apple brandy). Heat or keep close to heat, and inhale, keeping the cork tight, and inhale into the lungs through mouth at least twice each day, and taking sufficient until the body, through its whole respiratory system, feels the effect. Naturally, it would be little at first and gradually

increased as the days would pass, taking every second day one tablet (five grain) of Calcidin in the system. Vegetable and the diet as we have given.

13. Do that.

14. We will bring the body to its normal.
