1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Now, we find there are many abnormal conditions with this body. Most of these are from complications as have arisen from improper treatment, or from the according of improper conditions for the body, or in some of the conditions the effect, rather than the cause, has been treated. We find there are many conditions of this nature in the system - the real seat and cause of the trouble being such as would be well for those who accord healing properties to physical conditions of the body to study, for in this body there is the perfect condition manifested of the atomic theory as is related to physical conditions as exist in the human body.
3. Now, these are the conditions as we find them in this body, Mrs. [4356], we are speaking of. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find shows contamination from toxins, also from antitoxins that have been produced and as have been given the system, and these are of the atomic nature, again showing or manifesting itself in how these operate within the blood cells themselves. Hence the varied condition as is seen in the physical forces of this body, for we do not find that these operate in a systematic manner - that is, from the viewpoint from what is expected in the system, and they do not always produce, as has been seen from time to time, the same conditions, or same effects in the system, for there are other conditions to be taken into consideration under such circumstances, and these have not always been taken into consideration; that especially as is seen of the nature or character of that bacilli, or that germ, or that organism, or that cell unit, if you please, as is being created in the system by the existent condition of
4356-1 Page 2
a functional disturbance in the system, and the effect this has had on the organism of the body. Especially is this true in the hepatic circulation, the liver and the spleen. Also with that condition as is seen in the ducts of the system, and especially that of the condition as is necessary for the building of blood in the system, as is exercised in the normal conditions throughout the jejunum, or through the small intestinal system, which assimilates from food values or foods taken in the system, and these, in their turn, show the effect as has been produced from time to time and the troubles as have arisen from these, for, as we see, at times this antitoxin produces temperature of the nature that, rather than healing or assisting in the mesenteric system, or in the jejunum proper creating of those properties, that tissue, that effectual working or operation of the system of assimilation, creates rather that of the temperature that in ITS reaction so overloads the LIVER, in it attempting to create sufficient through that of the excretory functioning of the organ, until we have various conditions in the liver proper that show as spots, white in places, dark, heavy, tissue like, in others. The spleen the same way, for in its destruction (spleen) of red blood cells, and these cells carrying with same at times portions of the toxins that should be eliminated, we have this condition existing in THAT organ. The right portion shows a form of atrophy, while the OTHER shows rather the plethora condition, see? and this, as we can see, gives not only to the BRAIN reaction, but to the whole circulation in the hepatics, an exaggerated or extravagant condition, which brings distresses of every kind as related to the digestion and to the assimilations in the system.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this has risen, as it were, to that condition wherein there are few centers in the cerebrospinal and sympathetic junctures that are not involved in the condition. This condition, as we see, BEGAN, as it were, the trouble through that of a lesion as was formed in the false pelvis in times back. Then we had at the 2nd lumbar that lesion which affected first directly the hepatics, through the hypogastric plexus. Then, the pneumogastric becoming involved sympathetically, we begun then with first the trouble with the digestion, the pains through the right portion of the body, along the track of the intestinal digestion. Then, this creating temperature, we begun then with impacts in the colon, especially in the ascending, and these begun with the toxins, the kidneys became involved by being overcharged, the liver and hepatic circulation showing the effect. Then, the combination of
4356-1 Page 3
those properties for the torpid liver, and for the other conditions, only exaggerated those as had been created then first in the system. In all centers, then, along the cerebrospinal do we find these tender places. While some adjustments, some treatments, have been some benefit to the body, yet the trouble itself has not been reached, for the changing of the incentive, without the system being balanced sufficient in functioning organisms to carry out the incentive, this thrown back upon the system causes, through its retraction and reaction, more extravagant conditions in other functioning organisms.
6. Now, as to organs themselves, all, as we see, show the effect of the conditions as are seen in the system, especially as is seen in that to the respiratory system at times, producing a roughness in throat, in the lungs, pains across the lower portion, especially at the diaphragm region. Rather reflex of the digestion and spleen condition than of organic trouble in the lung, though the blood condition, as is seen as is shown from same, and should be expected, produces a roughness that may cause trouble later on, unless dealt with or met at the present time. This is seen with heart's action, circulation, spleen, kidneys, liver, hepatic circulation. All show the effect of a disordered, disrupted, condition, produced by the application of improper conditions, often times exaggerating and intensifying the effect of the troubles in organs NOT INVOLVED in the condition at the time of application of such conditions.
7. Then, to meet these conditions at the present time, it will be found that this must be taken consistently, persistently, slow, and the condition may be dealt with only in that manner - persistence and consistence. All must be taken into consideration - the mental forces of the body, the physical conditions, ESPECIALLY each functioning organism as it involves, through the atomic force of each portion of the system, to create WITHIN its elemental conditions of that cell as is produced IN the system to impel the propagation of cell unit in each functioning system. Do not expect to function with a cell necessary for spleen's full action in the kidney, nor in the liver, though each MUST function with each other to produce a normal condition in the system.
8. Then, we would apply as these conditions. First take these properties in the system. These, as we see, are to meet the needs of the PRESENT existent condition, and not as a curative in the end.
9. To 1/2 gallon of rain water, add 6 ounces of plain garden
4356-1 Page 4
sage. Reduce this to 1/2 the quantity. Then we would add to this - taking 8 ounces of rain water, adding 4 ounces of bark of the wild cherry tree, reducing this to half the quantity - putting these 2 solutions then together. Then add 4 ounces of sugar, first dissolved in 1 ounce of hot water (cane sugar would be preferred). Then we would add this: Tincture Valerian...................1/2 ounce, Elixir Stillingia...................1/2 ounce, Extract of Poke Root.................20 minims, Elixir Calisaya.....................1/2 ounce, Iodide of Potassium, 10% solution....20 minims, Bromide of Potassium, 10% solution...15 minims, Tincture of Capsici...................1 minim. Shake the solution well together. Then add 4 ounces pure grain alcohol.
10. The dose of this will be teaspoonful 4 times each day.
11. Drink PLENTY of water while these medicinal properties are being taken.
12. Let the diet be those of the rougher foods. No meats, but whole wheat, or ROLLED wheat. Corn mash, junket, and jelloes, gelatins, and those conditions of that nature, keeping PLENTY of water in the system, keeping the lower portion of the bowels washed thoroughly with enemas, high enemas, and the vagina should be cleansed often, using some antiseptic in the douches as are used, such as in Glyco-Thymoline, or VERY small quantities of Listerine may be used.
13. Bathe the body externally, rubbing the spine at such times (this should be done at least once each day) thoroughly with crushed ice wrapped in a cloth, until the body GLOWS, see? this is to produce a reaction to the whole system.
14. When this has been given, this full quantity, then we would give from here those conditions as are necessary to be met at that time.
15. We are through for the present.
