1. EC: Now, in giving the conditions as we find them with this body and this entity, we find in this one that is of special interest when used from a psycho-analytical standpoint, for, with the elements as given for the conditions, we find in this a manifestation of each in its elemental and as a whole. Hence we find one particularly interesting to the study from this viewpoint.

2. In physical we find the body very good, yet one responding to the mental forces in the physical sense. That is, with the mental buoyancy of the body, the physical manifests in the same manner.

3. In the forces then in manifestation, we find the spiritual element entering in each and every force.

4. In the physical then we find the body very good. There are some conditions that may be brought to a better physical manifestation or reaction. These, as we shall see, have to do, however, with the mental, as well as the spiritual elements of the entity.

5. These, then, are conditions from the physical viewpoint. First:

6. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this is very good. There are times, however, that with the mental depression, or with the mental reaction that the forces as are manifested through assimilation and elimination, these find expression in blood supply. Hence there are times when the body under depression is affected through all the organs of the system; digestion, circulation and respiration, these are affected directly at such times. Not organic conditions. Not even function condition, save as they manifest with and under such conditions.

7. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find responds the sooner to such manifestations, for through the nerve system and systems do we find the manifested forces in physical of existing mental or spiritual conditions. They affect first the cardiac forces. That is, in the cardiac forces, we have physically this reaction from nerve condition. Under strain the body does not desire food. Under strain the body feels

the sensation of injury or of buoyancy without manifestations, save in the cardiac plexus. That is, hard for the body, [4376], we are speaking of, to find expression of just the feeling as any particular sensation may find manifesting itself in the physical under strain of any kind. This due to the reaction, psychologically, through the mental, physical and spiritual elements in their manifestations in the body.

8. Throughout the functioning organs of the system, physically speaking, we find the body very good, for, as we have given, only these find expression in abnormal or subnormal functioning through the condition as created by mental forces through the physical, and finds the responding force in nerve and blood supply.

9. In the conditions then as manifested physically, we would have and take more persistently, more consistently, those physical bodily exercises that bring the full flow of blood force through all functioning organs, and through the action of the physical portions of the body, that every muscular force, nerve force, nerve plexus, may find a mode of manifesting its emotion.

10. In the mental forces, this we find very, very, good. The physical finds itself under the subjugation, as should be, of mental forces in the body. With the creating of physical conditions by mental reaction in nerve and blood supply, we find the physical gives, feels, manifests, expresses sensation of lack of full expression to the mental forces in the body. This we find has to do with sensation as created in the system physically and mentally by suggestions as received. That is - not always with buoyancy does the mental and physical respond to buoyant or expectant suggestion. This, in the mental then, should only consistently train the mental proclivities of the physical and mental this: The physical and the mental through the spiritual elements of self respond to the expectancy of self as the spiritual elements allow same to manifest in the physical body.

11. In the spiritual forces, which become one and the same in this entity's forces, [4376] we are speaking of, we find this far above the usual. Not normal, not abnormal, yet above the usual findings in a physical entity. That is, the spiritual elements in any, in every manifestation, finds its responding vibration with this entity.

12. In this, this force, this entity, this body, needs as this: Let (see, do not hinder) the spiritual forces manifest in self without actual resistive force set by mental or will activities of the body, and we will find we will bring all

the normal, all the supernormal, all of the super forces to the manifestations in and through this physical, mental and spiritual entity in this body.

13. Do that, responding first through the physical attributes necessary. Consistent, persistent, activity of the physical, that the mental, the spiritual, may have and do have the normal forces through which the manifestation, the wonderful forces as are expressed, manifested, in and through this entity.

14. (Q) What method should she use to react [counteract?] such depression? (A) The consistent, the persistent, exercise of physical body, that each action, as we have given, of the blood supply, of the muscular forces, of the nerve forces, may find a manner of manifesting. That is, through physical exercise, specifically, to itself, that the flow of blood, that the reaction of muscular forces, that the reaction of tissue as supplied by this new expression of self, will relieve, will take away - dashes of water, exercise of the physical body, rub down physically - these will bring new sensation to the physical forces, and will find corresponding forces in the body. Not that we are to train mental forces beyond what they find their present expression of same, or any one line. Be broader rather than centralize mental forces. The greater the mental force the greater breadth of vision, for which the spiritual elements, as given, the vision expands far. Only find the physical forces in the manner and way that the mental and spiritual may manifest. Do that.

15. (Q) What specific exercises should she take? (A) Exercises of the whole portion of the body. Circular motion, many portions of the body. Arms, limbs, body. Much outside, outdoor exercise. Much expression, as it were, found in nature. Much expression, as it were, found in beauty of every character, for the soul awakening and the spiritual elements discernment gain much from suggestion as reached through these, for in this entity they find the beauty and the spiritual beauty in all of the natural forces. Exercise the mental, through these exercises the physical in any that brings the expression of the physical in action. That is, when dullness to any portion of the body, not necessarily physical, but as the leadened conditions that find expression at times, exercising these portions, whether it be limbs or whether it be trunk portion of body, and we will find the reaction to these in the expression and manifestations given.

16. (Q) Will the continuance of her work with same person bring results that she is aiming? (A) Provided they cover this, as given, it would.

17. (Q) Is any medical prescription necessary? (A) No. Not take medicine for these conditions.

18. We are through for the present.
