1. EC: Now, we find the general conditions, also specific trouble improved in this body from that we had before, and in the mental forces as is applicable with the physical force not so good in some respects, for with atmospheric and with the mental toward conditions these have, with the physical in its present condition, a taxing toward the nerve system, especially that of the sympathetic nerve system. Hence these depressions as it were to the brain forces in its active manifestations, and the dull, leadened feelings in the physical. That condition in the hip and in the plexus governing this is much improved, much of the inflammation between the hip joint and the socket, or space in which the ligaments attach the inflammation, has been improved and removed from the body.

2. Keep the eliminations in those channels as has been given, applying the massage in the correct manner as given, and strengthening the whole of the lumbar plexuses and the locomotory plexuses, so that elimination and coagulation take place in the proper manner and form in the body, using the stupe or stew, as given, of the Mullein. Preferably, at the present time, we would use that green rather than the old, using the leaves direct to the portion of the body, applying at least once each day. With the new, do not make it of sufficient strength as to cause too much irritation, but enough to make a counter-irritation and remove the congestion as it is doing, strengthening with the massage the blood supply, keeping the system throughout (that is, the digestive tract) in such condition as to keep the rebuilding forces in the system. As for the congestion or cold as is shown in portion, with the manipulation we would keep this eliminated from the body. Follow these out. We will overcome these conditions in the correct manner, as we have given, and pass beyond those rebounding forces that might have, through the position and conditions, have brought the dissolution elements for the body.

3. Beware of those conditions that might bring sudden excitement to the body in any manner or form.
