1. EC: Yes, we have the body, those conditions as surround same physically, mentally, spiritually, [4406].
2. In the physical forces of the body, these we find very good in many respects. There should be precautions taken by the body in the quantity of those elements taken in system as will furnish, through the diet, more of the carbon hydrates and iodine; not letting the balance be out of order as between the potashes and the iodines in system, for there are those tendencies as make for too much of drosses being left in system. In its developing stage in the present, these are not so much apparent as they will be later, unless precautions are taken. These may be aided materially also by an occasional adjustment in the cerebrospinal system, throughout the whole length of same - a couple to three treatments a month, or less if found necessary, but let these be close together when taken - see? that is, every other day for two or three treatments - then a month may be skipped before another, see? This will keep an alignment, will also keep the drainages.
3. In the matter of the diet - these in the present, we would find, would be well; altered, to be sure, from time to time:
4. Mornings - those of the fruit juices, with those of the stewed fruits, but NOT during the same meal. Eggs in various manners, with BROWN bread and little stimuli.
5. Noons - preferably those of the juices of meats, as soups, or vegetable soups, with a whole raw vegetable salad - see? With this may be used either cabbage, radishes, lettuce, celery, or may be made with tomatoes, peas, carrots, and such. These all should be chopped very find, and may be taken with the salad dressings.
6. Evenings - we would have the well balanced diet, in those of LITTLE meats - but when meat is taken let it be of lamb, fowl - especially wild fowl - fish, or the entrees of any of the fowl, or of any of the CLEAN animal.
7. In this balanced way will the developments be bettered

for the body.
8. In the mental forces of the body, we find these well balanced - and a tendency at times to take self and surrounding conditions as too serious a matter. In the developments, any of those as for the alleviation of physical pain to the human body would be best for the body; those that are not TOO CONFINING, however, in their nature. These we find well.
9. In the mental attributes - take those of the physical, mental and spiritual, and keep the well-rounded forces for a fourfold life. Do not allow the MATERIAL things to outweigh the mental or the spiritual life - for to become lopsided in ANY direction is to make for discontent, and discouraging conditions as must sooner or later arise in each one's experience, but so attune the mental, the physical, that when the needs be for the responses of the spiritual from within their reaction will be as the bulwarks of life. Do not allow any discouraging forces and disorders in the lives of others, or loss of confidence in others, to disturb the equilibrium. Live not for self alone, but that the deeds of the body - the thoughts of the mind - the activities throughout - may be a full manifestation of THAT the body worships as its God, and let not thine mind be set upon high things - but he that would be the greatest among men would be the servant of all; for with the developments must come those promises as have been made of old, seek first to make thine relations with thine Maker and all those things needed, all those necessary forces in life will be added in THEIR proper order. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Would the body be fitted and successful as a dentist? (A) It may FIT self for same, or in ANY direction wherein the body may lend self as an aid to ALLEVIATING of physical suffering - and this a very good direction!
11. (Q) What further education is necessary? (A) Necessary for the proper preparations for this development. We are through for the present. Copy to Mother " " File
