1. EC: Now, we find this body very good in many respects. There are abnormal conditions, and these may be corrected. The conditions that are the ones that give the trouble are in the blood supply, and in the structural portions of body, affecting the functioning of organs.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4413], we are speaking of, present in this room.

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find there is broken tissue that has become infected, and prevents from the improper conditions in the constituents in blood supply of creating the correct coagulation in the system, such condition as we find in the forearm within the elements of the blood supply. This is produced by the lack of that silicon or silicium needed to give the stigma to coagulating forces, and the blood forces in functioning of organs is very good, but broken tissue shows the difference and the necessity of supplying that element to the body to overcome or to meet the needs of this condition. Numbers in red blood nearly sufficient, deficient in leucocyte, supply in red blood forces below normal in count, but normal in pressure and in strength. Hence the robust condition of many physical forces in the body, yet the system lacking in that necessary to complete the circuit of vibration in blood supply.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find in the cervicals there a lesion that with the deficiency in the blood in elimination and strain produces in the sensory organism a deficiency in the supply to portions of the sensory organism; correcting this condition will alleviate the strain on this portion of system.

5. In functioning of the cerebrospinal system proper we find very good. In sensory organism we find at certain cycles through sensory and sympathetic system the body may become suddenly overtaxed, though one that would be called strong of nerve, and one with the nerve to dare to do that which the mental forces and physical are able to carry out, and beyond even that.

6. IN FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain force

good. In the functioning of the organs of the sensory system we find that condition in the cervical (the third and fourth) that give strain on the sensory organism. This we see was produced in times back by the pressure from some outside force.

7. Lungs good. Throat and bronchials show excess in secretions at times.

8. In digestive tract very good.

9. Heart action nearly normal.

10. Liver, spleen and pancreas function nearer the normal than found in many bodies called normal. Hepatic circulation very good, though in excess and the tendency toward the subnormal, and this is produced by the action of eliminating forces in system.

11. The intestinal tract below digestion and intestinal digestion at times cause some trouble in colon from the cold or subnormal or hepatic circulation.

12. The specific condition in the eye we find comes from the condition in cervicals, producing the lack of elimination, and extra secretions at times to lids, and the ducts about the eye producing the burning sensation when strained, and apparently become strong and again blurs come before the eyes.

13. To bring then the normal to this body, we would have the specific conditions to meet. First, we would by the deep manipulation (preferably that osteopathically) correct the lesion in the cervical and relax other centers along the dorsal and lumbar region. The condition then in the eyes will be relieved, and not necessary to use any mode of strengthening them. Remove secretions by the application of violet ray with eye applicator.

14. The blood condition meet with this: Take one gallon of rain water and add: Sarsaparilla Root...........2 ounces, Wild Cherry Bark............2 ounces, Yellow Dock Root............2 ounces, Burdock Root................2 ounces, Poke Root...................1 ounce, Prickly Ash Bark............1 ounce.

15. Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to one quart. Strain while warm and add two drams Balsam of Tolu cut in four ounces of grain alcohol.

16. The dose would be two teaspoonsful twice each day, morning before meals, evening before retiring.

17. For the specific condition in the forearm, or wrist, apply this for the local condition. Take of Plantain Root

(not leaves or seed save just the portion that is now showing in the growth) and six ounces, and add eight ounces of water. Reduce to the very low state by constantly mashing or chopping up the roots and particles. When this is reduced to nearly the jell state, remove from the heat and add the oil only of butterfat. Apply this to the tissue that shows inflammation, rubbing well into the arm and elbow, and even the shoulder.

18. Do this. We will find we will bring the normal forces to this body, [4413].
