1. EC: Now, we find there are abnormal conditions in this body, and many may be corrected and some assisted to bring nearer the normal conditions of this body.

2. Now, the conditions have to do with that of specific causes and the effects as these conditions have produced in the system and upon the system at the present time. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good considering conditions as have existed in times back in the system and the effect as has been produced in the system in many of the organs of the elimination and assimilation in the system. Now, in the present condition, this condition in the blood has little to do with that as a condition to be directed, yet has much to do with the condition in correcting same, for eliminations must be carried through the blood supply and eliminated properly, else other functioning organs may suffer thereby.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find much that has to do with present conditions. There is a center in the cerebrospinal system, on which the accentuation of congestion and of a lesion formed, that has so diverted the circulation, both in lymphatics and in blood supply, as to cause portions of the nerve system to be so taxed that the system in going about to produce a condition to bring relief to the body sets up a condition that has brought distress, with the enaction of other conditions meeting this, as we have in the 3rd dorsal vertebra. This, we find, acts with the supply and elimination of the circulation in the sensory organism, as well as that through the nerve centers as have been brought into the condition by this lesion; these of the secondary cardiac plexus, these of the sympathetic, pneumogastric and hypogastric plexuses. These then we find affect the circulation, especially in eliminating used forces from the system. Then, when we had contracted the condition affecting the eyes, the eliminations as set up in the system brought about this condition that affects the optic itself proper from receiving the proper nutriment from the system to cleanse itself in the functioning of the organ

proper. This condition then, we find, comes to this: The encircling of the optic nerve proper, by the growth as is not eliminated from the system, either through external ducts or by circulation proper. This produces then inflammation that comes both to external and to interior portion of the reflection or impression as received by the optic.

5. IN THE ORGANS OF THE BODY THEMSELVES, in the sensory system, all of the organs are affected sympathetically by this condition in the 3rd dorsal center, and the sympathetic from the 3rd, 4th and 2nd cervical center, which gives the nutriment in nerve action for the functioning of the organ other than its brain connection through optic nerves proper.

6. In the lungs, larynx, throat, bronchials, these have shown at times this same reaction, yet are very good at the present time.

7. The digestive tract very good when we consider the extent the plexuses governing lower digestion and how involved in condition. These have been treated better than the condition existing in the spinal center.

8. The rest of the system in accord with condition as is seen in the body here.

9. Then, to give the relief to the body that will relieve the strain and bring the system to the better incentives of equilibrium throughout, do as this:

10. First, we would take in the system those properties to prepare the system for the eliminations and assimilations for the body, giving as this:

11. To one gallon of rain water, add: Sarsaparilla Root...............2 ounces, Wild Cherry Bark................2 ounces, Yellow Dock Root................2 ounces, Mandrake Root..................20 grains, Buchu Leaves...................15 grains, Black Root......................1 ounce. Reduce this by simmering (not boiling) to one quart. Strain while warm and add two drams of Balm of Gilead, two ounces of grain alcohol, with one dram of Oil of Peppermint.

12. The dose would be teaspoonful four times each day.

13. For the local condition in the dorsal use the vibration as from electrically driven vibrator on the 3rd and 4th and 1st dorsal vertebrae at least twenty minutes each evening.

14. In the eye and the condition there proper, each evening apply the scraped portions of old Irish potato. That is, not of the new but that of the old: Each morning bathe this

off with equal parts distilled water and of the water as distilled from that of Boracic Acid, with Glyco-Thymoline, adding afterwards drops of a 20% solution of Belladonna, and when bathed off again in an hour apply the applicator of the Violet Ray direct.

15. Do that. The application of the Violet Ray will be once each day for not more than one and one-half minutes, after solution has been applied and after the eye has been bathed.

16. Do that, if we would bring the best for this body.
