1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: We have the body here.

3. Now, we find the abnormal conditions with this body are rather of the subtle nature, and as the constitutional conditions of the body, and the reflexes from these having their effect upon the various portions of the organisms of the body bring about the disturbances or distresses with the body.

4. The blood supply showing this deficiency and the effect of same on heart's actions, lung, liver, kidneys, and the general circulatory system shows the effects of these disturbances in the unbalanced condition that exists, producing rather that constant strain than specific or acute conditions, and were the body through any accident, or through any taking of cold or congestion, or trouble with the digestion, cause any overtaxing, then we would find distressing conditions would arise from same.

5. Then we have the same effect, as it were, produced in the nerve system - but to meet the needs of the conditions would be to first meet that necessary in the general condition of system, that the corrections in the cerebrospinal nervous system might radiate properly in adjustments for same.

6. In the functioning of the organs, all show the stress under which the system labors, as do the various centers in the system where the various plexus show in the vital portions of system the disturbance in functioning system, as well as general debilitation.

7. Then, to meet the needs of the body, first we would prepare as this, and when the whole quantity is taken, THEN have the adjustments and the system so stimulated through vibrations as would be set in same under the other directions.

8. First, then, prepare as this: To one-half (1/2) gallon

of distilled water add eight (8) ounces of Wild Cherry Bark. Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to one-half (1/2) the quantity, see. Then add to this four (4) ounces of sugar, reducing again to one-half (1/2) the quantity, or then would be one (1) pint, see? To this add: Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla...........1 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia.................1/2 ounce, Essence Rhubarb........................1/4 ounce, Oil of Sassafras........................30 minims, Essence of Senna.......................1/4 ounce, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium........20 minims, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium.......30 minims, Tincture of Capsici......................3 minims. Pure grain alcohol one (1) ounce, with one-quarter (1/4) ounce Balsam of Tolu cut in same.

9. Shake solution well together before the dose is taken. The dose would be teaspoonful four (4) times each day, before meals and before retiring.

10. Let the diet be rather those of the vegetable nature. Whole wheat breads, or brown breads - never white breads. Not much of vegetables that grow under the ground, though the leaves of many of these may be eaten both cooked and raw.

11. After the whole quantity has been taken, we would take at least thirteen (13) osteopathic adjustments and treatments, taking same every other day.

12. At lest twice each week apply the ultra Violet Ray to the body, or the ray of the quartz light, for the stimulation of circulation and the clarifying of the blood, and stimulating nerve centers.

13. Do that, and we will bring the body to the near normal conditions.

14. We are through for the present.
