Time of Reading Mt. Kisco Hospital, 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Mt. Kisco, New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes. Now, with this body, [4442], we do not find that entirely are the conditions in accord with those as are signified by that indicated, nor are they in keeping with some of the conclusions as have been arrived at by those in charge of same. Rather is it that of incoordination, with that of the reverse of action of the nerve impressions to the system and brain. Hence the continued reaction of the enlarging of glands in the head and the depletion of conditions in the lower portion below the 9th dorsal, or below the solar plexus radiation.

2. To meet the needs would be to meet conditions existent. First we would hypodermically - at the 9th dorsal, in the left muscular tissue - inject one two hundred twentieth of a grain of atropine. THEN we would begin with the vibrations THESE electrical reactions to the solar plexus or umbilicus plexus, to the right and lower part of same, with the negative anode or plate - and the small or positive anode from such battery to the 1st cervical center, or 1st and 2nd center; preparing such a battery charge in this manner:

3. To 1 gallon and a half of rain water, add that of Bluestone one pound and a half, that of Sulphuric Acid C.P. one ounce, Common Zinc thirty drams.

4. With these, use two heavy poles. This should be put in a crock container at least half a gallon larger that the amount of solution, with a wooden cover - or a cover that will not take a charge. Use as poles, one of nickel and the other of copper. These should be at least quarter by one-half, and sufficient length to to reach to bottom of container, extending half an inch above the cover. To these connect the small wire, insulated - the nickel wire to the right, to the nickel pole - the copper wire to the left, to the copper pole. To the copper pole end wire, add the small plate - at the least a quarter in size and prepared so that it may be held in place at the 1st and 2nd cervical center.

This should be attached to the body FIRST, when ready for use. To the nickel pole and wire end, add or attach the nickel plate - at least the size, or twice the size, of a silver dollar. This should be thin, and arranged to be attached to the umbilicus center - low, and to the right of the unbilicus. This first, however, should be charged - or the poles charged - with the vibrations from an overcharged battery, until the DISCHARGE reaches at least FIVE as a resistance. This would require a hundred and ten volts, thirty cycles, thirty to sixty minutes - such a charge. Then, when this is charged, connect wires and attach to the body.

5. Not necessary for but one injection, would the charge or battery charge be given following same. The battery charge should be given at least thirty minutes each day for five days, then increase time to one hour.

6. When this has been carried out for at least twenty days, then we would give further instructions - [4442].

7. We are through for the present.
