1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those physical conditions as surround same, [4451] present in this room.

2. Now, we find there are specific conditions as affect the physical functioning of the body. These are rather of the subtle nature. Hence the effects have been considered, rather than the cause of the physical disturbance. As we find, there has existed for some time - in the lumbar and sacral region - a small lesion. This, as the developments have gone on, has gradually builded conditions as to produce reactions in the nervous system, and with the nerve functioning with the organs of the system, as to produce MANY disorders as become detractive to the nervous force of the central system, that the dizziness and incoordination at times between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal becomes a manifested effect; so that the voluntary and involuntary nerve forces of the body become distracted by same; so that the effects have been in that, too, of those organs in the region of same that brings about those eliminations from the system, so that these in time become effective with same, as do the general eliminations of the system. This partakes, then, during such periods - or such periods of distress - takes of the vitality of the body, so that the resultant effects of same become as that of so MUCH relaxed as to become almost inactive in its nature to the system. These, too, as we find, in the treatments - or in the ministrations for the system - have brought about a change in the equilibrium, or in the metabolism of the system, so that there are the tendencies of the heart's action to become involved through same, sympathetically - though NOT an organic disturbance; for with the pressure existent in the 3rd and 2nd lumbar, in the coccyx, and in the 2nd sacral plexus, we would find these affect, sympathetically, those of the nerve system as related to the cardiac forces, and brings disorders and distresses not only through the

4451-1 Page 2

functioning of the organs as related to the digestive system - for, following such conditions, or such pauses in their proper reactions, there comes the repulsion for digestion, and the repulsion for foods in the system; rather that of the tendency for the disorders to be the reaction, and for regurgitation to take place in the stomach or duodenum itself. These are, then, the conditions to be met.

3. Now, in meeting these - as we may find, these may be altered by not only the release of those pressures as exist in the cerebrospinal system, but it will be necessary also to add to the vibratory forces of the system that have been disturbed, through those of medicinal properties as will CHANGE that of the nerve energy in its raising of same from the solar plexus to the head itself; so that the general correction will be necessary also, as will be the taking internally of properties to meet that as is necessary, not only in the psychopathic effect that may be brought about in system by same, but that of also the hypnotic effect as will be had in portions of the system, especially those as to the glands as will secrete for that that will bring about the equalization in the metabolism and katabolism of the system itself.

4. Then, we would begin first with those corrections of the conditions existent in the lumbar, sacral and coccyx, with the GENERAL treatments over these through the CORRECTIVE manipulative measures, or osteopathically given, for the corrections would be made at least once each week, while at least twice other treatments - or three times each week treatments would be administered. Only one as a corrective measure, and when that as the corrective measure is given, first the body should be thoroughly relaxed through the application of heat - wet heat - especially over the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system, or from the 9th and 10th dorsal to the end of the spine.

5. As these corrections are being made, we would administer those properties that carry the vibration as would be found in usages as this: Make first as the carrier for the properties as this: To 4 ounces of Wild Cherry Bark, add 8 ounces of distilled water. Reduce this by simmering, or slow boiling, to 1/2 the quantity. Set aside to cool.

6. Then dissolve - by heating, not by cold - that of 2 ounces of beet sugar in 2 ounces of distilled water. Heat same until dissolved, then add to the solution. This, we will find, will make between 6 and 7 ounces.

7. Then prepare as these: Grind or pulverize these

4451-1 Page 3

properties before they are made into a solution. Then, to 8 ounces of distilled water, add: Indian Turnip (pulverized)....1/2 ounce, Wild Ginseng (pulverized).....1/4 ounce, Black Snake Root..............1/2 ounce, Yellow Dock Root..............1/4 ounce, Buchu Leaves..................1/2 dram, Mandrake Root.................1/4 ounce. When these are reduced by the slow boiling to 1/2 the quantity, set THIS aside to cool, after straining. Then cut 1/2 dram Tolu in 1 and 1/2 ounce 85% alcohol. Add then to the solution, and heat ALL and add together. The dosage of this will be half a teaspoonful four times each day.

8. The diet shall be of those that are nerve AND blood building, adding to the diet a quantity of that as will be laxatives in its nature, or as these:

9. At least ONE meal should be wholly of citrous fruit diet. The other should be - or in the noon meal - principally of the raw vegetables that are NOT in the nature of acid making. The evening meal may include those of the JUICES of meats, but not the meats itself - especially beware of those of the sea foods that are shell, though fish of a character may be taken - in moderation.

10. We will find these, when the CORRECTIONS are made, and when half or two-thirds of the quantity of medicinal properties is taken, will make for a near normal condition for the body.

11. Be mindful that the eliminations through the alimentary canal are kept near normal, or a little above same - even though it becomes necessary for enemas or irrigations to cleanse same. Do not allow the accumulation of gases, nor pressures as to interfere with the eliminations through the general system.

12. When the corrections have been made, keep up those of the medicinal properties - until the whole quantity is taken. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Where can the body get this treatment? (A) Wherever they will give it! Those that are in accord with those of the meeting of the conditions or needs for the system!

14. (Q) What is the cause of breaking out of blisters? (A) The eliminations. That's what we are assisting here. Now with the addition of these properties, we will find here as this: With the adding, or that as has been added to the system, there has been an altering of the eliminations, so

4451-1 Page 4

that the lymphatic circulation and those of bromides as has been taken or given for the correction of the nervous energy, has changed TO those of eruptions in the cuticle, THROUGH the changing of eliminations, which only act as sedatives and not as curatives at all. With the corrections - take the treatments, the manipulations, until the corrections are made, see? This should be done in two to three weeks, but will depend entirely upon the RESPONSES the body makes, how much exercise, or how much in accord the body keeps self mentally and physically while these are being taken. The medicinal properties are to act with the various functioning organs, as has been disturbed - both in the mesenteric system, the digestive system, the functioning organs of the pelvis, or the menopause conditions in system, the head, and those of the GENERAL forces in body. Do that, as we have given, for the proper corrections. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Research Department Two copies to Dr. Lydic
