Time of Reading 4:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, rather would there be given warnings to the body as respecting the physical conditions as may come to same, than of physical conditions existent that are so abnormal, or that there are such disturbances as to causes uneasiness. Rather would the weaknesses and the tendencies in the physical conditions be warned against for this body, for these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [4460] we are speaking of:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in this we find the tendency towards the inability of the body-physical to at all times keep ahead, as it were, of the used energy, or the body finds that occasionally there are periods when the body apparently tires too easily, whether of physical or of mental exertion. At times it becomes rather distressing, in that the temperament of the body seems at an at-varience to self. At others it produces rather an uneasiness of distresses that might arise in the physical forces. Hence we find the nature of the condition that of used energy without the ability of the body to at once create the full equilibrium. After rest - or after exertion that is of the different nature, and changes come about - the body re-establishing its equilibrium, this passes away, and the body feels good again.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this very good as would be generally speaking. No subluxations as would cause distresses in the various ganglions of the cerebrospinal system, yet in this subnormal blood supply there is seen the sympathetic system finds its connections with the cerebrospinal rather at an engorged condition, or the fullness of the body. To overcome the strains requires much of an effort on the part of the mental, and physical - creating that of the soreness and irritation where these ganglions join or radiate from the cerebrospinal centers. At times - through this reflex

condition - there apparently is created too much weakness, or too much strain to the body, in the way and manner that the body finds that congestion takes place easily. Hence we have disturbances at times through the digestive system, and the eliminations become hindered. This the greater warning for the body - hindered eliminations - with the tendency for the body to be below the normal in red blood supply, and the general physical debilitation to the functioning of the organs of the body in the resulting forces of same.

6. To meet the needs, then, of the physical conditions, to supply that as is necessary for the rehabilitation of the blood, to restore - as it were - the reaction in nerve system, and without creating an unbalanced condition with the eliminations and assimilations - diet would be well to consider for the body.

7. Never overload the system when tired by foods of ANY character. A great deal of the iodine producing foods are well for the body. Potashes occasionally, that the system may be kept equally balanced, and the foods should never be taken with certain combinations - for with this tendency in the elimination and the conditions existent, there are certain elements that produce bad effects for the body. THIS body should never take fruits with meats. The fruit and the nut diet of mornings - or of the evening meals - may be well, yet never use fruits of any character with the meats or vegetables. Much green vegetable may be taken in the middle of the day. Much of the fruit and nuts, or iron, or those elements producing iron in the body, taken of morning. The fat producing and the proteins in the evening. Keeping well balanced, and the eliminations set up - especially through the whole of the lower digestive system, and keeping the colon cleansed - even when enemas are resorted to, but not purgatives - for these are as a hindrance for this body.

8. We would also use those vibrations for the body as found in the Radium Appliance - the regular pad, or Standard Pad, would be sufficient for this body to create the full equilibrium. This should be worn for at least one year, with the recharges as are necessary.

9. We would find this would bring better conditions, and the hindrances and weaknesses would be overcome.

10. Taking the normal amount of exercise, even when specific conditions are resorted to for occasional periods. Keeping as much outside, in the open, as possible, that there may be no retraction for lung or of any of the glands becoming involved in the condition. Do that.

11. We are through for the present.
