1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, we find there are many conditions in the body that produce disorders, and this condition brings about many troublesome reactions to the physical functioning of the organisms of the body, and in various ways, for in many respects the body is very good.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with the disorders as are seen in various portions of the functioning of the organs of the body:

5. THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in this we find there are signs of the poor eliminations that are produced by improper functioning of portions of the system, especially through the liver and the kidneys. These conditions, in turn, are produced by that of a malarial condition as existed in the system, and this, assisted with those subligations [subluxations] in the cerebrospinal system, brings about the suppression of nerve energy and nerve refraction until improper incentives are given in the functioning of these organs. This, then, producing this taxation. With the taxation and the surcharges, as it were, to the elimination or emunctory system, the inflammation as is caused in the lymphatic circulation from the blood supply, or the white blood in the exterior, or that of the capillary circulation, brings the condition to the joints and centers in the portions of the body, especially those of the lower plexus and the upper brachial plexus, and that center in the lower that gives off to the lower extremities. Hence we have a form of inflammation in the nerve ends about the joints that gives distress at times, quick movements or any reaction bringing distress - poor elimination - condition exhibited in the blood supply and in the lymphatic circulation - seat of these in subligations [subluxations] in cerebrospinal system

- reflex of same shown through the blood supply and hepatic circulation.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find many of the seats of disorders in the system. In specific cerebrospinal centers, we find those of the cervicals (4th, 5th and 6th), in the dorsals (8th, 9th, 10th and 11th), and in the lower lumbar and upper sacral, the greater distress. These, as we see, we find subligations in portions - with distresses caused in the lymphatics and in the hepatic circulation, we produce an over supply or over pressure of the forces to the brain. Hence we have nerve headaches, or a form of sick headache - though not always produced from a condition in the stomach, yet nervous indigestion also arises at times. So, when the body becomes overtaxed physically, overtaxed socially, overtaxed mentally, these are as reactions - headaches, from the existing condition in the nerve system. See?

7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS, with this existent condition, we see we have some refractory reaction to the nerves of the sensory system - as is seen, the condition as exists in the eyes at times, the ears, and in the taste. These are refractory reactions and not specific conditions. These will be removed by the correction of subluxations in the cervicals and in the dorsals.

8. The conditions in the lungs, bronchials, larynx, are very good, save where congestion shows some at the present time - though, naturally, from a condition that is on the border of that of a nerve reaction, or nerve subluxations, the conditions through the lungs, while not of an alarming condition, show that full breath is seldom taken. Hence we have toxins again produced in system by the lack of deep inhalations or exhalations of all gases or of all poisons from the lungs.

9. The stomach and digestive organs show the effect, rather, of that of the nerve condition in the body. Hence disorders, rather than disturbances - save as are seen from time to time.

10. The liver dormant in its action, with the tendency towards that of producing taxation in the colon, through inactivity of the eliminations. Taxation to the kidneys cause suppression at times of urine, and some inflammation produced through the system - at which times we find the system picks up through the circulation those of the acids that should be eliminated through these organs (through the kidneys) and carries them back in the circulation.

11. To overcome, then, these conditions - which may be removed by a little care, a little attention, a little thought taken to the diet as is necessary to meet the needs

of the body - first these subligations in the cerebrospinal system should be corrected. This should be corrected, then, through osteopathic adjustments and treatments. It would take at least thirteen to twenty-six (13 to 26) such treatments, and they should be given at least twice to three times each week.

12. After at least thirteen (13) treatments have been given, begin with those properties as will be found in Toris Compound, and take at least three quantities - that is, that would be prepared at least three times, see? This should be prepared with the syrup compound, as these may be taken - and take at least two teaspoonsful twice each day, see? This will produce eliminations through the system, overcoming this taxation, ridding the system of the uric acid, ridding the system of those conditions that produce the irritation in the nerve system, especially in the centers.

13. As to diet - rather keep close to the vegetable diet. Meat in small quantities may be taken, but never eat too much sweets! Sweets to the body, until these conditions are eliminated and the corrections made, will be very detrimental. No tea, though coffee may be taken - coca colas and soft drinks, especially where these are made with carbonated water - but not too much ice cream or things of that nature, see?

14. Do this. Follow this out with care - and the exercises for the body. We find that the exercises such as the sitting-up exercise when the body first arises of a morning would be well, for this will bring strength to the lungs, vitality to the blood supply, and new life, as it were, to the muscular forces of the body. Take, then, at least five to ten minutes of exercise of the arms and limbs when the body first arises each morning.

15. Within sixty (60) days we should find the body perfectly normal.

16. Do that. We are through for the present.
