Time of Reading Unknown. Hopkinsville, Ky.

1. LBC: You have before you Mrs. [4467], of about 1.2 mile south east of ... County, on the Madisonville and Hopkinsville Road. Go over her carefully, examine her thoroughly and tell us what is the matter with her.

2. EC: We have a general debility of the whole system of the body, of Mrs. [4467], coming from two causes in the system, and actions in the body itself. Begin with the system of the circulation of the body, which is through the heart, veins, and arteries in the body. The blood in itself, or the properties in the blood, is less of the red blood corpuscles than should be in a normal system, and excess of the gray matter in nerve supply - that of the white. Poor elimination in the body or the weakness it has experienced by the inability of the blood to create or make replenishing cells for those used by the body in its living state. As impressions to the whole body are used up by muscular force in the system, by its action, the forces as used, become weak, and the muscular forces dilated or expanded. Using of the hepatic and lymphatic circulation is strong than that of the capillary direct, or that which should be forced by the heart in itself proper. We have at times, sinking here; aching feeling over the system from here to the solar plexus, dilating towards the whole system, then a feeling of nausea on standing; tired; pains to the head from those sent out by the ganglia from the cardiac plexus, to the lower part of the chin, to the eyes and top of the head.

3. (Q) What other conditions do you see? (A) Those carried by the circulation through the lower part of the body, produce the same effect we have through the whole system, as was shown through those of the discharge of the kidney and those of the liver. Lack of the liver in poor circulation or caused by the using of the ends in the circulation, producing a torpidity in the liver, more than to the action of the liver to that of the secretions to aid digestion in the system. The matter accumulated or created by this excess of force, through the forced Hepatic circulation, produced to the opposite pole, or the kidneys, an over-stimulus to the action of these in its force to

eliminate that from the system, which should be carried out, or excess of heat in the system - temperature, or used forces by the excess of circulation.

4. (Q) Any other conditions you see? (A) Nothing but the reflex conditions we have. We have nothing that comes in contact with the physical make-up of the body, save that of these forces. Action of these forces produce a weakness to the rest of the system. That is, to the muscular force in the limbs themselves; those of the muscular walls of the body in itself. The body cannot stand pressure from outside, or the casing of the body, across the trunk of the body. Because it produces then a closing of the cells of the pulmonaries here, that produces lack, or shows a lack of amount of oxygen taken into the system to replenish the blood to its building forces.

5. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions? (A) Those of a force that produce a stimulation to rebuilding of red blood in the system, by action of oxygen on to the system, either internally or externally, or both. Now, we have in the system two functions to be treated from. Those of the action of the mind over matter of the body, and those of the circulation rebuilding the waste matters, or waste places, as it were, in the system. We have no seat or functional trouble set in within itself, save through the whole dilapidated condition of the system, save that through the digestion, which begun from the trouble, that is, disease to the pelvis. Those are eliminated, producing the condition we have in the body.

We take here first, through the system, plenty of oxygen in the system. That is, air from the outside, either by taking from the condition, or from the climation we have at present to those of pleasant scenes and surroundings and of a rarified condition of the air, or those conditions produced by manipulation of the muscular forces of the body by the limbs, by exercise, as much with the air as possible, all times, keeping the body warm. Stimulation by electrical forces to the nerves supply, at the solar plexus center, here at the 9th dorsal, from those of low origin of electric force, or by those produced by manipulation of the hands or the heat from the hands produced to the same.

That into the system, whatever the body wants to take into it, so it is well masticated and taken into the system with plenty of water at all times. Plenty of it, inside and out. Tepid baths and cold baths to the body, and expression or impression to the mind at all times, better, better.

6. (Q) Any other treatment you would prescribe for the present? (A) Take either one.
